I keep receiving calls from this number saying (I think) there is a grave legal consequences against you and your SS # and if I don't call them back immediately there will be consequences at my place of employement and home!!  the lady speaks w/a heave middle eastern indian accent so I really can't understand her but I think thats what she's saying. I've had numerious calls since last Oct/Nov. when I did get an on-line loan and then I've just been bombarded w/all kinds of offers and unfortuantely scammers!!!  I've had calls from Officers, Attorneys, all saying they work for legal dept. and if I dont' give them $$ they'll arrest me at work!!  I've called the FBI who assured me legimate collection companies would not and can not contact you in this manner!!  So dont' give any of your info. to any of this people!!!  they're just out to take your money!!!!

i've received this phone call as well.  They claim to work for Hopkins Law Firm and someone is going to arrest me tomorrow.  I made a few calls and was told that this was a scam to retreive my information.

Yes, I received this call several times. Did not answer. They left a message saying they had a warrant in my name and ss# and if I didn't call them back something bad would happen.

Ive had calls from this same guy, from many different numbers. The truth is we dont know where they're calling from, but I know he is a scam artist. Ive filed a report with my local police department but it really doesnt do any good. They'll just find new numbers to keep harrasing you from. As Im writing this Ive received 4 calls from him that Ive declined. Trust me, he's just another piece of garbage using scare tactics to get people's money. He's even dumb enough to call my boyfriend that lives with me. The only thing that worries me is that he has my social security number. The entire thing. I've made the calls needed in case something should happen. Fight back! Let him know you know who he is. Tell him he's a scam artist and you're going to file a harrassment charge against him if he keeps calling. He'll threaten you and then the calls will stop for awhile. This is the first time this month he's had the balls to call me. He can't and won't do anything. Just make calls regarding your SSN to the appropriate authorities in case he does take it a step further.

These people have called my cell phone and now my job stating they are calling from the Dept of Crime Investigations in Dallas, Tx. Caller stated his name was Michael Sinclair, but when I asked him his title he intially stumbled the said (Investigator), then I guess I overwhelmed him with questions so he transferred me to an Alex Ferguson. When asked for his title he just kept saying Supervisor. I said Supervisor of what? and he replied "The supervisor over here!" This reply comfirmed for me that this was some fraudualent stuff. The said if i didn't pay i was going to jail but I needed to pay them. Since when to you pay the police? I'm taking this information to my local authorities to find out if I can do something about this.

Back in february this number called me and they were very rude. saying i was gonna be arrested tomorrow at my job. I gave him a hard time then he started sexual stuff over the phone, I hung up. They called from several numbers and I tried calling back on all of them and I couldnt get through. It said number was disconnected. They called me at my job and I threatened to call dept of agriculture and report them. They have not called back until today. I arrived at work with a message to call the dept of crime investigations. Of course it traveled through my job. It is horrible. I called the number and I couldnt talk to anybody with clear english. They kept asking for my name and ssn#. Just recently my ssn# was stolen and now I show up deceased. Im wondering if these people had anything to do with it. After reading all these comments. I tried to call the number back and it is disconnected once again. This is very frustrating. What to do?

same thing today happened to me. i spoke to the same rude annoying non english speaking people. im super concerned. Id like to know how the heck they got my work number. grrrrrr

Same people for past 4 months. Finally told them I was reporting all numbers, companies they claim to work for, and the lady immediately replied that she was sorry to bother me and hung up. Next day the guy called the next day same guy or woman each time with different names. I told him the same and all he could reply was that's my business and the cops will think it theirs when they show up at my home and job(which are the same since I am a stay at home mom) they have my fiance's SS# but only the last 4. I talked to several ppl who have had the same problem and a few said they had heard it's a phish from emails used as FaceBook sign ins.

These [***] kept calling asking for someone who worked at my office so the next time they called I had our receptionest transfer them to me where I got on the phone and cussed them out. They called back several more times and she passed them to me where I cussed them out again.What a bunch of [***] clowns. They said they were from Crime Investigations.......

They call my cellphone that shows up 0000, not leaving a message. Then they call my work and leave a voicemail. Telling me that if I don't respond by the end of the day, they are going to take legal action against me in my workplace and at my residence. This is soooooo annoying and frustrating to get, especially at work. I had to listen to the voicemail 5 times!!! to get the phone number. The lady was that hard to understand.

Ignore these scam artists. I have been going through the same thing since October of 2010.
There is nothing you can do, because they keep changing their phone#'s. Cursing at them only makes it worse. Sooner or later they will screw up and call the wrong person, and we will hear about it on the news.

i just got ..the call know for the first time at work..and it crazy i ask them to fax me prove of what they say to my fax at work ,but they told me they cant do that .what department of crime tell you that they are goin to send you to court arrested out of your job and something about sexual ,what that got to do with a freking loan tht i never got and they say they got my ss come on..and the lol and indian with KEVIN ALEX SCOTT lmao come who names ther kids with 3 names ..they cld call all they want i got my bank statement so kiss my ass ill se you guy's in court you are not getting crap out of me lol :P.....send me proff
