I keep getting a call from this number saying I have a pending law suit against me.  I have never been served any papers and am not sure what i could be sued for.  When i call the number back a foreignguy answers and says hello...PLEASE help!

report the number to the Federal Communications Commission.  Look it up on the internet.

Alyssa don't worry is a scam. like you said a foreigner answers the phone and he would say that his name is Michael Jones, which sounded to fishy to me. Why would a guy that sounds that his from India would have a name like that? I asked them for the address of the law firm supposedly they where calling from and there website and he hung up on me.

they keep calling me and its some foreign guy named paul rush but hes india and he won't keep calling me i told him i was going to call the police and he just keeps calling he has called my job and everything how do i get rid of him i am so sick of it he gives some kind of law firm but when you call he just says his name

A guy from what sounds like India keeps calling me. He just called my job this morning to tell me about some lawsuit that is pending against me. He said I could go to court or settle it with them. I asked if he could tell me how much it was or when the case began. He would not give me any information. He said we could settle for 200.00 every two weeks. I then asked how I pay them he said through moneygram or western union. I tried to get the moneygram/ western union information he would not give it to me. He said he would call me on Friday with the information. Please he will not be getting any money from me. Sue me.

He said his name was Mogan ..... but with an accent - foreign - another nationality - but no details was left at my job other that for me to call him back.  He called my home number as well.

I have had many calls from this number. They call my work constantly. They also some how can use my work number to call my cell number and the caller ID shows up as my work number. I can not understand most of what he says. Today I got a call from him again stating that i would be arrested tomorrow if I didnt pay $500.00 by today that they was at sherrif department.

Same thing happens to me the cussed me like a sailor and the English got a lot better, I cussed right back and the guy on the phone said FU, I ask him the 4th time he called in a row did he not understand me do not call this number? But they are calling my phone for my boyfriend....He was going to be locked up and served papers? We have the same bank and no money has been put in and we have not taken a loan out it started a $400.00 not it is $4000.0 plus help? Can I block this number through Verizon?

Help this won't stop law suit filling against my boyfriend...
