    (214) 932-1519 Live call recorded 10 January 2015 ("Free Go Green solar panels, reduce your electricity cost tirty per cent each month offer" SCAMMING India Telemarketer)
    Caller ID: "Dallas TX"

Also called live from: (718) 362-6024 on Dec 14th 2013

Live call from India, Go Green Solar Panels to qualify me for free solar panels to reduce my electricity cost by "tirty" per cent every month. They last called me in December 14th 2013 but I couldn't record that call.

They completely ignore the Do Not Call regulations. Certainly tells us something about their business ethic, doesn't it?

Here is a transcript of this "free topical pain relief cream" telemarketing call:

    [me] Hello?
[they] Hello, can I speak with the homeowners.

    [me] Speaking.
[they] Yes sir, this is Paul speaking from Solar Expert, how are you?

    [me] Just fine thanks.
[they] That's great sir, the reason for my call is dat we are running a solar program in your area in which we are qualifying homeowners who are facing high electricity bill so we can give them solar panel without paying single cent out of their pocket and lower their electricity bill up to tirty percent every month so sir, I believe you are the home owner of the single family residential house, right?

[me] Uh, this is an apartment building.
[they] Oh, so you are not qualified for zero dollar solar program, you have a great day. God bless you.

    [me] Oh darn.

i got a call from 214-932-1519 (supposedly IRS) the reason i say that is because that number was identified as that by someone else who made a complaint ...... i think that number is tied with Cogent Financial Group, Medicredit......located in Scottsdale, AZ. i called the man George Crossman (Crossman & Associates) they are a scam sent me a letter saying i would have to pay the IRS and pay cogent as well coming to a total of almost $13000 ....... i got into an argument with him and then all sudden next day i get a call from the IRS .....right.......Crossman & Associates supposedly cogents lawyers they send me mail trying to look like court docs stating they will put a lien on my bank account the paperwork shows no state or county or town/city name or zipcode or address of the "court house" which this was filed at and stating that its a 1099c form.....that 1099c form is a form that the IRS has people fill out whne seeking debt forgiveness on outstanding taxes owed......a loan is not a tax that the IRS has anything to do with, that loan is with the loan company , a loan is not a tax; you have to ask......why would a "debt collector" want to use that kind of form to forgive a debt when their purpose is to collect a debt the paper work is contradictory in itself......and i informed the man that any and all paper work has to be correct in order to be submitted in court to have any standing; thye have me as a cosigner and my aunt as the primary signer its the other way around they have her down as getting a CDL and not me if i could cosign for her then why did she have to cosign for me hmmm if that be the case i would need a cosigner to begin with??? the response was the paper work dont matter is what this supposed wann be lawyer told me they are not on the internet as far as a website just looking up the phone number with google gives you the address nothing in the whitepages or yellow pages on the internet

There is no such thing. Hang up and call the FBI. The IRS isn't going to call you threatening criminal action in a voice message. You will get that formally from the IRS via certified mail. This scam will try to trick you into giving them money using some sort of cash transfer like Western Union. Never ever ever ever ever give them money. It will be gone and you will never be able to recover it as they are all overseas.

I picked up an set the phone down, after about 10 seconds I got a recording telling me in the "kings" English that I needed to urgently respond to an IRS matter of utmost importance.
Really, stupid people . . . I don't care if the head of the agency called me I (and you) never should respond to a verbal recorded message. Believe me if it's that IMPORTANT you'll get it in writing on official letterhead.
Only the village idiot should respond to an unsolicited recording, wake up people don't become a statistic for the money grubbers!
