I just got a call from this numba .. and it was my BF now he lives in NYC and i just traced it back and it said give a credit card or debit numba WTH I JUST RAN IT BACK AND ITS A TX NUMBA GOT ME REA; PUZZLED.

called me  said something irs ??? wanted my credit card info then offered a name that was none clear then hung up.. weird

My daughters father just called from this number 214 969 5489. He told me that he was coming back from Binghamton Ny. and he'll be here in an hour and a half.
I looked up the area code to see where it's from texas whoa how did binghamton,ny get this number humm very strange!!! And to beat all other people have got that same number on their phones. we need some thing to be done about this. I am not with my daughter dad and I could care less whos his with..
But it just makes me mad that it not a binghamton area code and number binghamton area code 607

My call came from a phone booth in Chicago. Apparently the number belongs to a payphone company that could be based in Texas.

Today is May 26, 2009. I have gotten a call at 6:32pm from some ladie claiming to be Dian, and she's telling me to call right back. I also got a cll from this # a couple of days ago. For a minute I was thinking a family member was maybe in some kind of trouble. Now I am pretty sure it's just a scam. People be careful and don't give any info over the internet. Peace Out

It is a man calling g all his wife friends whom e we she call this person is a doctor and trying to find dirt on his wife he travels from lexington to Dallas and that is his mistress number. His just a guy trying to find dirt on his wife. His checking phone records if u know someone in lexington ky that's why u getting phone calls.

This is the number that shows up on your caller ID when someone is calling you from a payphone, any payphone located anywhere that is from this carrier or company will show up this 214 number. It's kind of like when you use a phone card and it shows up as coming from another state on the caller ID.

214 969 5489 was a recieved call i got from my boyfriend in nebraska- via payphone. where exactly... not sure.

do not accept any calls from this number...I got a collect call from this number and instead of saying their name they called me a dirty name...

this is ILD collect calls, which are ususally someone who is locked up!!

Received a call from ths #-I did not answer as I didn't recognize the #. I tried calling back several times and all I keep getting is a busy signal.

This has been going on since 2007??!! Holy cow, how weird. I missed the call yesterday from 214-969-5489 ID'd as "ILD COMM." It came in again this morning and I picked it up. The woman on the other end who sounded very much like an operator said something about hospital services and would I take a collect call from Shawna. I told her I knew no Shawna and no I would not take the call. Five minutes later they called again. This is odd for this to be going on for so long.

Answered it the second time they called within a few minutes. A man said "Paul?" I said "no" and he hung up. Meh.

Got a call from this  number this morning, when I answered they hung up. I called back but it just rang and rang.
