I reported these calls and filed complaints with every possible "authority" and agency I could think of but the calls continue.  Then I called back 214-974-9635 to try to speak to a supervisor but all I could get was an automated do not call request system.  Without any other option, I went ahead and pressed 1.  To my surprise, those multiple, daily calls off and on I was getting actually stopped after their 2 business days processing time.

Calls from this phone number come in every day and sometimes more than once a day.  They are tiresome and annoying.   It's always about your credit card, etc. and may be the last chance to lower ....
It needs to stop and fast.

If you hang up, don’t answer or block the originator’s calls, they just move on, changing numbers now and then to get past the blockers. If you want it fixed right, DIY...
Here's one fun and satisfying method aimed at the "Lower your credit card interest rate" scum:
    1) Agree that you have over $3000 in CC debt at over 12% interest.
    2) Had to 'find’ my CC - took a few minutes.
    3) Read the numbers (bogus - but write them down so you can repeat) slowly. When asked to repeat because the numbers don't work, read slowly back again, but change a 3 to an 8 (darn, don't have my glasses...).
    4) Repeat until you sense impatience on the operator's part. Just before they hang up (this timing is a real art), read them, the 1-800 number on the back of the card – oddly, mine reads "1-800-National Do-Not-Call Registry".
This last time they actually hung up on me when I agreed that I had debt. This tells me that they are either getting paranoid or I am on a separate list that pops up part way through the call - either way, we seem to be getting to them...
The "Gummint" created the DNCR, but didn't give it any teeth. It is up to all of us to bite the telemarketers where it hurts by wasting their time, and, maybe more importantly, make them suspicious that every sucker they talk to could be a punker. When they start hanging up on REAL suckers, then their business model has failed...

This "company" calls every day, sometimes multiple times, often with different phone numbers. When I'm home I have caller ID and do not answer. I know it is a robo and it is always listed as "Consumer Alert."

A pre recorded message saying to press "1"  to talk to an operator about lowering your credit card debt.   Obviously a scam.

I get calls almost daily from a credit card place wanting me to lower my payments. They always say it is my last chance but they keep calling, today when they said push the number 1  to find out more, I did and spoke to a man and asked him to take my no. off their list. I told him I always hang up and am not interested. He said well "Why do you hang up?" I told him I have to debt we pay our cards off every month and I wanted them to stop calling so he hung up on me. I call this harassment and I am tired of it
