Recording offering lower credit rate on "my credit card" though does not give company name.  Didn't listen to complete message but directed to call them back; obvious a scam call.

This number is listed as spam with white pages.

Same message lower credit card rate but no card name.

I called back the number and pressed 1. I am removed from their calling list. I recommend for you to do the same.

I wouldn't count my chickens on that one. By pressing a number you have confirmed your line is active so expect more calls.

Yeah, I dont have a card. decided to to ask them why i even got a call, so proceeded with the message, some indian-sounding lady with a very thick accent asked about my card and I asked why I was called. she then asked, "Do you have a credit card?" and I said, "before i answer that can you tell my why you called me?" she then hung up. calling back when they start declining my calls.

Received a call from this number today even though I am on DONOTCALL registry. Never got the name of the company.

I'm on the no call registry so how is it that I'm getting these calls?????

I did the same thing.

Called back # and received an automated message asking if I wanted to be placed on a do not call list.  Never asked what # should be removed.  Unless they recognize where you called from, this is likely a hoax.  Recommend blocking # on your phone.

SCAMMERS:   I.D. showed SURVEY.  Would not leave a message.  NUMBER BLOCKED.

No, DO NOT call them back and do not press "1" to be removed from their list.  That just notifies the scammers that a real person answered the number and they will continue to call.  For those that still think the Do Not Call list works, criminals do not care about that list, however, you should still report it because the government uses the complaints in court for those people they do catch.
