BEWARE!!!  This guy is a scam.  He steals money buy supposedly selling his Southwest Rapid Rewards.  He uses fraudulent CC numbers to book the flight...there are no/he has no Rapid Rewards.  Richardson/Plano/Dallas, Texas  BEWARE!!

Shelly, thank you for posting this.  I almost worked with him; he said his name was Steven Howard and worked for Southwest cargo.

I would love any more details you have on this guy...He scammed me big time.

He said he worked for Southwest, and said his name was Doug Anderson.  Ty Shelly for the post.  It saved me from being scammed.

I ALMOST CAME CLOSE TO BEING SCAMMED BY THIS GUY TOO! GOOD THING I CALLED SOUTHWEST IN ADVANCE TO FIND OUT MORE DETAILS ABOUT THIS RESERVATION. IT WAS BOOKED UNDER A MILITARY RATE DISCOUNT AND I AM NOT EVEN MILITARY!! I WOULD'VE ONLY REALIZED THAT IT WAS A SCAM WHEN I SHOWED UP TO THE AIRPORT.

my friend got a ticket from this person through a friend of a friend and she got scammed out of 350$ and he wont answer the call.

I know a lady who is either related and or a spouse/girlfriend to this, if she does not give information I will release hers.
