Debt collector.  Very rude. Very rude. Call everyday. It doesn't matter if they have the right person or not. Once they get a phone number they call everyday.

They call from various numbers. They call everyday.
It don't care if they have the right number or not.
Once they have a phone number they don't quit.
BUT they hate it if you call the number that they called from and just don't say anything.
We will see how much they hate getting calls everyday.

They also use the number 412-924-8177 among others.

Yeah they use the name Niangane Chavonne 215-268-66077.......

This is one more illegal stunt by the repugnant PORTFOLIO
RECOVERY VULTURES trying to pass as "C. Niangane".

Vultures like these buy zombie debt or phantom debt for pennies
and then try collect it at all costs. Harassment and fraud not excluded.
Harassing the wrong person, not a problem for these vultures.

Check the case of George Lovelock, who missed a payment of only 11 cents,
and collectors aggressively tried to collect more than $4,000 from him.

Portfolio Recovery- Very rude customer service agents. Continue to call a business phone all hours of the day looking for someone who doesn't work here. Have asked 11 different supervisors to remove number from call list, to no avail. Do NOT Answer their calls

Yes this number calls quite frequently. Have us mixed up with someone else, but they insist on calling. I have a few choice words I leave them that I can't repeat here. Makes me feel good !   Oh well, we have to vent don't we!!

Portfolio Recovery keeps calling my number that apparently was previously assigned to a deadbeat. I have put all ten+ numbers that Portfolio Rec has used to call me into selective call forwarding, which I get for free with xfinity/comcast, sending all their calls to this number. I hope these dirt bags have fun harassing each other.

We have been getting calls so long from various numbers from Portfolio Recovery.  They just used the   214-268-6077 number with caller id indicating Niangane Chavonne.  Noone here knows of this company and we do not owe these people anything.  They call, at least, three to four times per day and do not leave messages.  Sometimes Portfolio Recovery comes on the caller ID and other times various numbers.  I am glad I came to your website to see that others are experiencing the same thing.  After I finish typing this, I will be filing a complaint on the DO NOT Call government website.  I think, in some cases, they can't do anything re: bill collectors.  But, since we DO NOT OWE THIS COMPANY ANYTHING AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, maybe they can do something!  This is harrassement!

This company spoofed caller ID by using the name of a governmental agency.  The woman then Identified herself as belonging to a company other than the one on the caller ID.  I asked her for a callback number and she gave me a bogus number and one completely different than the one on caller ID. Oh, the number displayed  on caller ID was also fake. I got a fast busy signal when I called back.  Since they were not getting any answer calling with the 215 numbers and the numbers displaying Portfolio Recovery, they decided to fraudulently spoof the name of a governmental agency and impersonate a governmental employee. I have filed a complaint with the FTC.

Yup. Portfolio recovery all right. These people are really trash and do not care how they talk to anyone. They have no reason to call me but they sure are rude and disrespectful to people. Maybe they will call somebody who is ready to take it to their door and see if they are all mouth then, or take it to their own homes and see how they like it. But try to report this scumbag company for sure. Or better yet let the Dr. Who really is Niangane C know they are using a name that is not theirs
