I received a called also this afternoon with that number. The phone rang twice, the caller I.d said cell phone PA. I called it back and it said the call could not be complete and to try again later. Called it a end time same msg. Maybe its those overseas people calling to get some info committing fraud of some sort I'm sure.

I keep getting calls from this number, despite the fact that I've been on the cell phone "Do Not Call" registry ever since its inception.  By an automated message hey are offering some sort of credit card provided I have at least one credit card in good standing, and then I am given the choice to push 1 to talk to a representative.  I hung up and called the number back and it beeped twice and then went to a busy signal.  Then I Googled it and found this website, and the rest is history.

I would definitely recommend not pushing "1" for whoever is thinking of doing it.  It is surely a scam of some sort.

I pressed one to tell them I demand they remove my contact information as well as no longer call me in regards to their services, but they immediately hung up on me, as in literally I heard the phone clack down as they hung up.

Whoever called did not leave a message.  I have caller ID but the number did not show up.  My calls are also logged on my computer.  I was checking incoming calls and this number was listed as an "Answered" call.  I didn't answer because I was not home at that time of day.  I don't know who or why but I'm going to block it.

keep getting cvalls; no messages.....doesn't sound right.....or feel right.....just reporting it in case...

They just called me to give me my 20th "final notice" to lower my credit card interest rates to 0%. I've pressed 1 several times to speak to an agent and disconnect when i ask them to remove me.

Got a call from this number on my cell phone, and can't identify who it was, dont know anyone with this number..it registered as a missed call  on my cell on Aug 1.3:38pm.  I am going to block it.

Silence on the other end. Called it back and was immediately disconnected. Thinking about setting up a computer to call them endlessly.

from caller ID. Did not waste my time to call it back.....just Google it and found this site.
I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. Obviously that is not respected by this company.

They have called me and I cannot call them back. It's weird. LEAVE ME ALONE!

Got calls from this number twice in a week. I pressed one and answered "Yes" to every question they had (only said the word "Yes"). If they waste my time, I'll waste theirs.

Don't answer the phone unless the caller shows up from your address book.

I received a call from 215-316-1517 but did not answer.  No message nothing.  Over past few days I've received calls from a Private Number.  Answered one and was greated by "Robo Clerk" demanding to know why I have responded to their past 7 attempts to notify me that I was paying too much on my credit cards.

I am on all state mandatory do not call lists.  I hope to locate caller so i can have a bureaucrat chase them.

This number clled my house number then my cell phone number. I did not answer it as I did not know who this number was, I plan to contact my state attorney general's office to report it and would advise every one else to do the same. I too am on the do not call list.Lot of good that did. I assume this number is a telemarketer.

The Do Not Call registry is only good for calls originating in the US. These telemarketers are routing their calls through this number from outside the country. That's how they get around it. That's my understanding of it anyway. Whenever I get one of these numbers, I add them to my phone under the contact Zzzzz and set the ringer to silent. That's really the only thing you can do.

Call said they were from the republican party. Hung up on them.

Ugh...received this call too! DNC list is pointless with cellular numbers.

HOT TIP: However, I discovered a few apps (free ones) that you can use to block these types of calls. They essentially black list/block the numbers you add to the list & will not ring or bother you thereafter. Pick a well rated app & say goodbye to these scam artists who bother us all.

I have received calls everyday from this number,  I am on the DNC list as well.   Usually I just hit 3 to say I want to be removed from their list.  Well that did no good so today I pressed one.  When the man answered I told him the only thing I wanted was to be removed from their list he hung up so fast I didnt even get to finish my sentence.  What good is the DNC list and how can we report this number???
