Recently started receiving calls from this number despite the fact that we are on the 'DO NOT CALL LIST". We are disabled and getting to the phone is sometimes difficult even with verbal Caller ID...all it says is "out of area".
When we call the number back the response is "good-bye".
Can someone make it STOP please?

This number calls me everyday and doesn't say nothing

Probably some lousy bottom feeding cowardly bill collecting ba**ards, seeing how assiduously they guard their identity.

The number is used to trace your call history when you call them back, you are in their registry. Effectively, they "friend you" and who ever you called you in your "history" or phone log is now on their list. It's perfectly legal in Pennsylvania.

In other words, block that number and others who you are unfamiliar with. Unfortunately this trick is an old one. Use your phone for emergencies and stay reclusive. Gangstalking in Pennsylvania is real and preys on the vulnerable ESP. Those on assistance, disabled and the elderly.

Please report these unwanted or harassing calls by filing a complaint with the FCC, which can be done here:
http://www.fcc.gov/complaints

This may be the only way to stop these calls.

I received several calls from these telemarketers. They always want to talk to someone who pays the electric bill.  When I told them to stop calling they increased their calls from twice a day to 4-5 times a day and no longer speak when I answer. I reported them online to the FCC. I suggest everyone do this....

I have been getting calls for the last 2 days 5 calls in less than an hour. I did a reverse lookup and it said windstream communication from Philadelphia owns the number so I called then and they refused to have them stop calling. I filed a report with the fcc and put them on the do not call list.
