**This number is from the COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT of Trumark Financial Credit Union. They should leave a message, which is their standard operating procedure. However, if yu call them back at this number (after hitting *69) a recording will tell you that you've reached TRUMARK, the line is busy and hang up! Took me three tries today to actually get through to a human being. THEY NEED TO SERIOUSLY IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THEY WANT TO MAKE A GOOD IMPRESSION! Maybe hire a polite human being instead of relying on a rude "digital persona".

They keep calling my work and the call isn't for me. When I call them back at the number they left to tell them they have the wrong number it says the extension I'm calling is busy and it hangs up on me. I can't believe a company yet alone a BANK has this flawed of a collection service. Absolutely horrible!
