Have gotten 2 calls now and all they say is hello, then a short pause, then they say goodbye. the first time was a female voice. the next time it was a man voice. who is this? it is annoying.

they do it to me too.  someone on a different site said it is tate and kirklin, a debt collector.  I just have them in as do not answer now.

Apparently they are very nasty people, and they try to get you to pay fees you do not owe on bills you aren't overdue on.  They also call from 1-866-520-3776, and leave a message from "Terry Glass"

I've never heard of these people, I'm completely debt free, and owe no one nothing, so what do they want with me?

who are these people? they call constantly and do not leave any messages. They are very annoying. Caller ID states they are Tate&Kirklin.

Omg I got two calls for this same number today! What is this and how do I get the calls to stop? I did not recognize the number so I googled it and this site came up, whats up with this [***]?

They been  calling on a avrg. of 12 call a week & they even caal today Sun.
which I know its against the law for them to call on Sundays.

The person That called today he said his Name was John George witch I dont think so.

We all need to get togather on this and call the Fed. Groverment and file suit

received this call on my cell phone on 2/24/09 at 7:42pm and they did not leave a message. who is this. I have blocked this phone number.

They call twice a day - and I just delete the call - they never leave a message - but I would like to have them not call anymore

Collectors work your emotions.  Obviously these guys have been effective in aggravating the call recipients that have commented here.

Unfortunately, collectors are permitted to call any day between the hours of 8AM and 9PM local time.

I just received a call from these people. The rule in my house is that we dont ever answer calls from numbers or people that we do not recognize. The caller ID showed Tate & Kirkland.

I called that 215 464 4500 and the voicemail said tate and Krillon, i also called the 1-866-520-3776 and that was not terry glass it was some jason guy, and he asked for my complete telephone number area code first. i fealt that they may have been fishing for data.

They have called me many times before, sometimes several times in a day, for several weeks now. I finally had gotten an actually person on the other end a couple days ago and told them that I was not the person they are looking for, that I don't know the name they were looking for and that I was the owner of the phone line account they had called and wanted them to please stop calling and remove my number from any lists they might have, I did this very assertively yet politely. I don't know how I could have been any more clear or civil. Yet they are still calling and not leaving any messages or responding when answering!

We need to regulate this rude and inconsiderate industry NOW just like we do with telemarketers!!!

Calls from this number sometimes several times a day.  There is noise at the other end but almost never a voice.  This morning it was a machine asking for me by a name I stopped using more than 50 years ago.

These people call a lot, sometimes the caller ID shows Texas or another state. Sometimes the calls are from an blocked number. They tell me, that I owe their North Dakota bank a lot of money from using my Visa credit card. I do not have a Visa card and I have never been to North Dakota.  
How do we get rid of these calls?  I am already on the "Do Not Call" register.

Rec'd 2 calls from this company. Who are they? They never leave any messages. I call back abd receive a recording.
