Left no message.  I'm on the Do-Not-Call list and do not want these calls.

Received a call from this number saying they were not selling anything but were verifying information for onlinegreenpages.  I could tell it was a scam by the way they were trying to get me to say "yes".  Checked it out on-line and saw a bunch of blogs saying it was a scam.  I'll be watching my phone bill to make sure they don't charge me the $49.99 they have charged others for this "free" service.

Was scammed by something like this before for the $49.95 per month.  Said that I agreed to a web site they prepared for me.  They played a 'tape' of me saying yes to questions.  When I called the phone company they said NEVER say yes to anything in the conversation because once recorded, they can put it anywhere.  They called me again yesterday and she was so frustrated that I wouldn't say yes, that she transfered me to a supervisor who also tried to no avail.  It's hard to do, but I had a lot of fun with it.  Supervisor ended up hanging up on me.  :)  I WIN !!!!!

They say they are verifying information on your company, then have to re-confirm it with a supervisor, then send you to an automated system to again re-confirm, but I would not answer the questions (especially the one about giving full name) and the supervisor cut in the middle of the automated system and said "I told you that you need to answer all the questions to finish this" and when I said I didn't feel comfortable with it, he immediately put me to the automated system again so I hung up.  Must be a scam!!!!!!!!

This number called our office to update information. Went through everything, told them we didn't want to be listed, then they said we had already had, had the service and they were just up-dating. When I wouldn't give them my full-name (because the Ann name they had was just a first name and they had said prior that that was how she was listed) they insisted that I say my full name. When they insisted, I hung up. They called back. Someone else in my office answered. They asked for me, and I gave them to my boss. They hung up on her. She called them back and they hung up on her again.

So annoying!! They call every 30 minutes, and they don't leave a message. I asked them to please not call me and they are still calling!

They keep calling asking the same questions stated above.  Informed them that our office is not authorized to make or accept any payments/accounts and they would have to contact our home office.  Transferred me to the supervisor and I kept stating I could not authorize any payments or information and stated that I would not give them my full name.  They tried to transfer me to another supervisor and hung up.  Since then, they have called every 1/2 hour on the hour.  "Steve" the supervisor is going to get an earful next call!!

These clowns have been calling my office and hanging up about twice a week. Now I am receiving 5 plus calls a day on my business line. How do I make them stop?

I just checked to see that my business line is registered with DO NOT CALL, and it is. I have filled a complaint and hopefully it stops. Suggest the rest of us please do the same.

Last count these jerks have called my office 8 times in 3 1/2 hours. This is harrasment.

This is a scam being perpetrated by a company called Green Certification there located in Miami Florida....the real number is 877-640-5958. They are using call centers around the Globe to scam you. The scam goes like this....1) We are calling to give you a free business listing. 2) They verify your company and info in the typical (you cant understand them mode) then ask to switch you to a supervisor for verification of your free years listing. The supposed manager gets on the line and instructs you to listen to a recorded message with a very clear english speaking recording....the manager tells you to answer yes/no to all questions after each question answered the # needs to be hit to move forward. The manager instructs you they will do the # sign for you.. while they sit on the line to listen to the recording and your answers. After several questions the caveat question comes from the recording which asks CAN WE BILL YOUR PHONE LINE!! when this question is asked the supposed manager tries to talk over this part of the recording and tells you the question is are you over 18 and authorized to make decisions for your company!  LIE LIE LIE they are seeking authorization to bill your phone! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! They have a web site www.search-green.net thats who is perpetrating the scam!!!!!

This number has called my business line 11 times today, beginning at 8:33am.  They either hang up or (one time when I actually did answer) I hear the recorded voice saying "hello, hello, hello", with static.  They called four times yesterday and 3 times the day before that.  They do not leave a message, but I would like to let them know I do not want them calling and tying up my line.

THey call my office line now every 15 minutes. Anyone know a way to stop it???

Ditto. One call came March 21, 2011 then two March 22, 2011 then one on March 23, 2011; I accidentally picked up; checked Caller ID; said nothing then quickly hung up.  The next day (March 24, 2011) twelve (12) calls came (8:24 AM, 9:07 AM, 9:42 AM, 10:45 AM, 11:26 AM, 11:56 AM, 1:40 PM, 2:07 PM, 2:32 PM, 3:57 PM, 4:51 PM, 4:55 PM) then calls started again this morning (8:53 AM, 8:54 AM, 9:12 AM, 9:32 AM, 9:43 AM)...

Annoyed is an understatement!  I called 311 and filed a police report then called my phone provider (no luck). I received the Do Not Call toll free number which may help someone:  888-382-1222.  Registering takes only a minute or two but it'll take 31 days before a telemarketing complaint can be filed.  Meanwhile, I just press the fax button to disconnect the calls.  Hopefully they'll get the message and stop calling.  Thanks for the scam tips!
