Called my home phone and did not leave a message.

This number calls my house everyday and doesn't leave a message.  When you call the number back you get a voicemail and when it comes for you to leave them a message, it says the person you are calling does not have any room in this voicemail for you to leave a message and hangs up.

I received a call from this number this morning. After saying, "Hello," twice, a woman finally responded by saying, "I am calling to speak with the person who is responsible for paying the electric bill." I told her that she called a registered Do-Not-Call number, to which she responded, "I'm sorry, I did not realize that." I informed her that I would be filing a complaint.

She clearly was not calling from a charity or political organization, nor was she calling from a company that has an established business relationship with me (this was obvious as she did not ask for anyone by name, indicating she was cold-calling a number).

Just received a call from this number... didn't answer and no one left a message.  I get these annoying phone calls from time to time and find it better just not to pick up.  If it is someone of importance, they will surely leave a message.

Got a call from 215-475-8210 today around 5 pm. Nobody answered after I picked up the phone...for almost 30 seconds there was no response from the other side....then the line got disconnected.  Earlier I had got a call from the same number asking if I am the person who handles the electric bill. At that time I had said "No" and when I asked what this call was related to, she repeated the same question and then I hung up.

Now caller ID says Philadelphia, PA

Today was the 3rd time they called me...they want to talk to the person that handles the electric bill...

I want no calls from this number

I got many calls from 215-475-8210 - do not leave message. I always check on the internet unknown numbers. When I saw many complains - I blocked this number. But despite of block they keep call! I contacted my phone company - they said if company has many numbers on one phone line they still can get through and their caller ID will be the same!  I'm on the National Do Not Call Registry for long time but still get a lot of calls. How to stop them? I head if many people complain about the same number they put it on notice. Please file your complain at:

Caller ID shows Unknown Name - call from them with no one on the line and no message

Any telemarketing call where they ask for "person in charge of your electric bills" is an outright scam. Here is a simple way to get them to stop calling:

Scam Teleemarketer:  "May I speak to the person in charge of your electric bills?"
Smart Consumer:  "My electric bills? Gee, I don't know. I guess that would be the company that owns my apartment building."
Scam Teleemarketer:  "You don't live in a house?"
Smart Consumer:  "No, I live in an apartment."
Scam Teleemarketer:  "I'm sorry, but this offer does not apply to you. Have a nice day."

Getting calls from this number....I have no clue.

they're a scam or something.  block them.

I answered the call and a man asked for the person responsible for paying the electric bill. I said that it was me. Somehow the man was able to locate my full name. Maybe they found it in the local telephone listing. He asked me if I received a notice  with my electric bill about a discount. I played along and said yes and then I hung up before he could go any further.

This number shows up on my caller id log often - never leaves a message - in violation of National Do NOT CALL
