Someone saying they are calling from my "bank card" (well it was like 3 seconds afterand "unknown caller" called.  None of my bank cards have 877 numbers listed on the back of thier cards.

This number keeps calling my cell. Voice recording, which I can't understand. Think its a scam.

I got a call from this number yesterday from a Ms. Matthews or Mathis saying she (sounded like a he) was with the Thomas Landis law firm and was calling about a debt I may or may not owe.  She got abusive and loud and I intend to report them to the FTC.  I asked them not to contact me anymore so we'll see.  I need the address so I can put that in writing but it seems they are tying to hide.  What kind of law firm doesn't have a directory listing?

This [***] of a woman just called me too. Thomas Landis law firm office asking me to verfiy last 4 digets of my SS# and address. She is stupid if she thinks anyone will tell her anything and she was yelling like a crazy person. I am not on her payroll and will not make her job easy. So keep looking sweetp and stop calling me before you get slapped with a law suite.

I've had this number pop on my caller ID twice with an "unknown" showing as the caller name. If I don't recognize it, I don't answer. I have tried calling it back twice & both times I got the same result, "AT501, we're sorry, you have reached a number that is disconnected or not in service". This 2 minutes after the call has come through. If it is the law firm & they are spoofing their number in hopes of people answering that would fall under deceptive practices & is illegal. I'm going to keep digging to find the owner.

Same information as noted in previous posts.  Extremely abusive person who has reached the wrong number.  They are calling the wrong number for some person named Marion Calhoun or something.  I have told them not to call this number again.  The person needs to be stopped.  They said they are from some landis law offices.

This ph # keeps calling. Just like most I dont pick the phone if i dont recognize the #. They never leave a message and when you try to call back the message says the # has been disconnected. Can anyone tell me who these people are? I have no debt and no has contacted me through email or usps mail.

Same kinds of abusive stuff as reported...Attorney Thomas Landis should be investigated.

They have been calling for over a month now.  When I ask why they want my husband, they won't tell me and ask me intrusive questions about my relationship to him etc.  I have been told that the caller was a legal assistant, told another time that there was a "client" who wanted to talk to my husband, told another time that there were not debt collectors.  They are pretty much rude and keep calling even though they are told not to.  The upshot is that I told my husband that they will keep calling and calling until they talk to him so he answered (and they call before 9AM).  They were looking for someone of the same name who had lived in a town 15 miles from us and this pretty much establishes that they are nothing but a bunch of liars and ARE debt collectors.  I hope they do not call again because this is borderline harassment.  If I could afford it I would get an unlisted number.  What a bunch of jerks!

i keep getting phone call says it`s a law firm haven`t answer or return any they are looking for my wife they say

they have been calling me for months about a debt they claim I owe but I don't. I ignore their calls now because there doesn't seem to be anything anyone can do about them.

I keep getting harrasing phone calls from this number a strange man keeps saying hello than hangs up. Please if u see this number dont answer it . It seems like a scam

Yes they try to claim you have a debt from long ago they are scam srtists and the people who work for them are total slime. Sadly some people fall for it.  If you are a female they ask for your husband if you are a male they ask for your wife.

People from the office of "Attorney Thomas Landis" called me daily fro 2 weeks about a debt that I haven't heard anything about in over 6 years.  The people are very pushy, and I can't find anything online about this "attorney".

I keep missing the calls, but when I call back, it rings first, then it sounds like their answering machine picks up and plays a fake "Phone number is disconnected" message.

I just got a call from this number and then there was no message.  I tried calling back and got a message sayin g that the number was disconnected.  I simply added this number to my "Do Not Answer" file

They call and and say Thomas Landis Law Firm debt collector then another number similar calls 215-526-2600 says Atty Seiler debt collector same town in PA. Just reverse the last four digits 6200 to 2600. I don't owe anyone either. No matter how old your debt may be (past state statute, uncollectable) they say they still have the right to call and try to get the money from you. They pay pennies on the dollar and buy it from collector to collector. Rude is hardly the word for them, they try to terrorize people. Either get an unpublished number or block them or take the phone off the hook. Don't talk to them.
