Bill collector, didn't bother chatting long enough to get the name of the company.

Calling at all different times during the day, i live in California and don't know anyone in Philadelphia so i did not bother picking it up.

They call - stay on the line and hang up.  Do not say anything.  They call 2 or 3 times a day.  If I call back the number 215 554-6481 it disconnects right after someone or something answers the call but doesn't say anything.  This is a business and these calls are very disrupting.  Sometimes when I figure out that they have hung up I have lost a call from a legitimate client.

has been calling for 2 weeks up to 9 times a day.  never leaves message.  when callback it disconnects.. very frustrating

As others have said, when I pick up and say "hello", there is no response.  After a few moments there is a click, which might mean the calling party has disconnected.

Caller ID says Tate & Kirlin.  educationcenter2000 has some opinions.

There have been multiple calls.  This behavior is very irritating.

they call 10 times a day, 7 days a week.  nobody is ever on the other line.  i stopped answering months ago.  Cannot get them to stop calling

Very rude person answered.  Was yelling at me. I could not understand a single word he uttered/yelled. Insane.

I have no debts with them, they repeatedly used a robot to call me, asking for a person who doesn't use this number and who does not and never has lived at my address. I asked them to stop and they continued, so I filed complaints with FTC ( https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ ) and my state attorney general.  Will also file a complaint with the Pennsylvania attorney general here at http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/complaints.aspx?id=403 .

I am tried of these idiots calling my work number.  I answered 1 time, but then they just hung up the phone.  They called my number 4 times in one day.  Im tired of them.  No one will even answer when answer to tell them to quit calling my.
