Laws in my state prohibit any time of solicitation/collection call after 9 p.m.  I received a call from this number at 10 p.m. 2/4/2010 - no message was left.  Who are they?

THEY ARE SCAMMERS , trying to scare you to get you money... they never stop .. i even changed my cell number and so they just call me at work... they are a pain in the butt... they say if you dont pay they will have u arrested! evey time they call i tell them that they are scammers and they need to stop calling and i hang up .. about 3-4 weeks later i get another call ... over and over i do this !

They have been calling me for over a year. They tell me the same thing about how I took a loan from them for 450 but owe them 20,000! And argue with me. The scary thing is they know everything about me when they call. It needs to stop. They also tell me they are the fbi.
