- Mae replies to Patricia C.| 1 replyI picked up the phone. "Louis" was trying to sell me an extended warranty on our car. When I asked the caller who they were, only after asking a few times he said they were Enterprise Financial Group. After asking where they're located (several times) they said Irving, Texas. I played like I might be interested and was transferred to their "financial" person. I asked how they got my unlisted number and he said they got it from the car company. He started asking me about my credit card, etc. I asked for their website. Long story short, I Googled that company as I was on the line, and it appeared to be a legit company in Texas, but who knows. When I told the guy, who said his name was Ryan Palmer, that I wanted to pass on their offer he asked why, and when I told him there were several complaints online about them, he said "are you on the phone because you're just bored, because you have no life?" And hung up and I dialed this number - it didn't give a company name AND the message said they were closed. I called Lexus Corp Hdqtrs. and reported this and they said they do not give out information to competitors as they sell extended warranties themselves! I will be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau and my elected officials.
- DEBBIE C.Caller ID said "Unassigned."
- DEBBIE C. replies to MaeInteresting. Seeing as the 215 area code is in Pennsylvania, it doesn't make sense for it to be a company supposedly located in Irving, TX. I smell a scam.
- TAsked them why they kept calling me. Oh we are contacting you about extending your warranty. Well I have a 10 year warranty from the dealer and only 3 years in so I don't think I need it. Told them to put anything they needed to tell me in writing and that I didn't like people trying to scam me. Lady hung up immediately when I said scam. Same company has also called from (731) 518-4269.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- 45acpWhen they called, I asked who he was, and he mumbled something about Toyota. I said why the f--- are you calling me? He said "all right then," and hung up.

- dont like scammersThe first phone number was one in Big Rapids Michigan. Twice I went along and listened to their spiel. $3600 to add to my existing warranty. I told the first guy that would buy a lot of repairs. He said,"good luck with that" and hung up. I got the second guy to tell me he was in Southern California (he may have been trained to suggest that). I told him I didn't want his warranty and to not call back. He knew my car, name, address, and phone number; creepy. I hung up and almost immediately got a call from another number (the one listed above - Pennsylvania) from another guy still trying to sell me his crap. I asked him how to get them to stop calling me and he said to buy the warranty. Stupid on top of being a scammer. So, we have, Michigan, California, Pennsylvania, and oh yeah, the original screeners have a heavy accent so they must be using a call center in India. There ought to be a law, but wait, there is.
- Caller: Haworth (Phone ID)

- TomCalled me asking about a call I no longer own. He said I was a liar and hung up..
- Mr AnonMultiple calls received on house phone displaying "215-622-2946" I dont answer unknown numbers and there is never a voicemail left. Based upon the online posts of others it is obvious to me that many people are unaware of at least two major concerns:
1 is that caller ID info is rather easy to "spoof" meaning that the number displayed may in fact have absolutely no truth to who or where the call actually originated.
2 is that this is most likely a "phishing" scam not actually a car warranty sales pitch. These scammers likely just have made up a sales pitch and they keep using it since eventually some unsuspecting victim will give up their credit or debit or checking acount info to the caller. The caller's organization will then empty the victim's bank account.
