A man with a very heavy accent called me saying he has 3 indictments against me for payday loans. I do not have any loans except school loans for going to college for criminal justice... If you got a call from this number it is a scam, the real BCI of PA is a 717 area code number.

I have him calling and saying the same thing only first he tried to give me a payday loan and took money from my account and now the same man says i have 3 judgements which is a lie. We have to find a way to stop him.

Received a call from this number that showed up as StarNet on the caller ID.  Man with an accent claimed to be from Crime Investigations Bureau, used the name of Andrew Jackson, and proceeded to inform me that I owed money to the IRS and their is a legal case against me.  He would not provide any documentation or other but I am positive the IRS does not work this way and they would send forms if money is due.

This getting ridiculous I had a guy called me name Allen Parrish and tell me I had  3 indictments against me for payday loans and dont have loans out. He stopped callin and now a Ron Davis is calling me on my phone and at work.

Im all for that. How can we stop them?

This man with a have acceint called me too say that he was going to have me arrested as well. Something about a payday loan. I did do one but the details of the loan were incorrect. Is the anything that can be done about this guy calling and making threats to people?

I had a call from this number yesterday threatening me and saying I had 3 indictments against me. Two of them identied themselves from State Investigation department. This is all false. If anything, the Governemt department will contact us directly by mail. Wish there were a way to stop these people. The peson calling me from New Hope PA identified himself as Officer Radkin. May be, FBI or local police should stop these people from harrassing us.

Got a call today from this number i didn't answer because i don't answer unknown numbers. Left a vm stating he was calling from criminal investigations and his name was Jim Parker and to call him back about 3 indictments against me and my social security number. I then called the number back and it seemed to be the same guy that answered the phone but this time his name was max Wilson. He then asked me if i had received a call from my local authorities yet i told him i had not and to stop calling my phone and hung up.

Hi I have received  a similar call from this number and the man said he had an arrest warrant for outstanding tax dues.
He needs to be taught a lesson. This is not funny. Troubling innocent citizens like this. I there a way to get him arrested.

This guy called me twice and I called him back. The phone calls got transferd many times, and looks like the same person once again talked to me. He was the Senior investigation officer, and I asked him to send me a notice and I will responds. He was mocking saying 'which notice, which letter'.. This was ridiculous.

He called me and said I had three charges against my name. At first I thought it was real until he offered to let me pay over the phone. Then I told him that I never recieved any money from a payday loan. At that point he said, "You know what, you're gonna get arrested. I'm going to arrest you and your business of work. You're going to lose your job." Then I asked if he could tell me the date that I recieved the money so I could check my account(because iwas kind of afraid that he might be telling the truth), then he hung up on me. I just want to know, will he or has he really called anyone's job and tried to get them fired? I have a job that require a clearance and I could lose my clearance if something like this escalated.

Got a message from Officer John Smith but decided to google and now I know its scam.  The only reason a red flag came up was because of the thick accent

Just curse them in their native language , they will stop calling.That is the only language these people understand.

I reported this guy to my local precinct. The officer called the number and hopefully these guys will be arrested within the week.

I also got call form 215, that i owe backtaxes, and ther are sending someone to arrest us
we called Irs, they said there was nothing going on. Theseguys needs to be arrested

I got the call, the usual Indian accent and European name claiming "we have an arrest warrant for you, blah blah blah" I was busy and just hung. I mentioned the call to my wife over lunch. She decided to have some fun with him.

The scammer called back 2 hours later. That time my wife answered. He asked for me. She asked "Are you the person who called him a little bit ago?" He said that he did. She then proceeded to tell him that she was with the medical examiner's office, the person he had called had a fatal heart attack due to the stress of the call and she needed his information so the police could talk to him for their death investigation. He hung up real fast!
