I am getting calls saying I have 3 case from State against me and they wanting me to settle out of court and send them money. They need to be investigated.

The same people called me too and my mom. Im so tired of receving these calls i dont know what to do. I would love to sue the people who are calling but i dont know how to go about it. I read something about a small claims lawsuit against these people but still the info wasnt helpful. So if anyone know how to go about this please dont hesitate to post it.

They say the exact same thing every time, scripted, dude first said his name was Ron Davis with the State Department, then later in the conversation said his name was Max something.  They even called my work!  Harrassment!!!!!

I got a several calls left on the main voice mail at my work place after hours. It was from Ron Davis stating he was chief investigation officier and he got a claim on my social security number. Today I received another call from Ron Davis at work and I told him to stop calling me at work so he said take my number and call me when you get off.  So I did and he stated that did I get anything from the state police or from the sherriff's office and I said no what is this in reference to and he went on and said that I got a payday loan and they deposited $300 dollars into my account and he wants me to pay up he also knew who I banked with.  I asked him what company deposited the money and on what date and he got very loud and I did too.  He hung up on me and said he was going to notify my job and speak with the manager.  I called my bank and they dont have any record of any such thing.  I called the number back and I told Ron that I was going to call the police to let them know that he is trying to run a scam and he didn't know what to say and hung up on me.

Received a message that I was supposed to call this number re:  one of my employees and ask for Officer John Wright.  When I called back and asked for the officer, he verified that he was indeed an officer then began moaning and making sexual suggestions.  I again asked if he was an officer of which he replied "yes". I hung up and called a friend of mine who is a police officer.  He in turn called the number and spoke to  "Officer Wright" who stated  that he was indeed an officer and was looking for my employee re:  some loan collection and criminal charges with her social security number.  When my friend started asking Mr. Wright about his officer credentials, badge number and jurisdiction, Mr. Wright became very angry, swore at him several times and then hung up.  After doing some research, it is evident that this is a fraudulent business that tries to scam people out of money.  Not sure why the sexual comments, maybe he was just [***].

I have been recieving phone calls at home AND at work from a person claiming to be "JOHN WRIGHT" from the state investigation office, saying he has 3 claims against me with my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I called back and the first phone number was disconnected. Then he called again from another number and I didn't answer. I got the number and called back and recieved this message that said "EXT: 12234 WAS ON THE PHONE, LEAVE A MESSAGE..MAILBOX IS FULL." I googled the phone number and found that others were having the exact same situation, and having them call at their workplace. TOTAL HARRASSMENT!! DON'T FALL FOR THIS!!

I received these same phone calls this is a complete scam. If you ask them any details of when loan was made they can not give you a date or where loan was made. They threatened to issue warrant for arrest if 300 is not paid. I went to sheriff dept. because they also had my social n personal information. Please do not let these people do this. It is wrong and when questioned too much they hang up on you I called few times to talk to different person. Seems to be two people running this scam. They are very threatening in trying to get the 300dollars hope they are stopped soon.

I had a phone call saying that i have to pay $400.25.If not i will be in Jail,and i will loose my job.
I knew it was a scam so i hand over thier Phone # to my lawyer. The caller was from 215-809-1477

The same thing happened to me. Max Wilson he said! Does anyone know how we can find these people? or company?

Anyone have any Info on these people? They called my parents scamming them for $....

I am getting these calls too at work on voicemail and they never answer the phone.
THIS IS BS AND A BIG SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received about 15 calls from this number ,I had messages at my work  saying I had 3 federal investigations on me and I could be arrested if I don't send them 2 payments of $243. One guy identifed himself as officer Ron Davis  and they claim to be from the State Investigation Dept.  They are rude and have heavy Indian accents. As soon as I demanded an email or letter to be sent to me stating such legal matters they Hung up on me.

215-809-1477 called my elderly mother and told her she is being investigated for 3 crimes. It is serious. They are on their way to arrest her right now. I called them back. I knew it was a scam. They are calling from India. We are also Indian. So I said " you know Lord Ganesh is going to punish you for defrauding the elderly. " he said "shut up b****" and hung up. I called them back and told them I was Officer Barney Fife and we were investigating them on 3 counts of fraud. He hung up...

i call from above no 216-809-1477 and try to get money from me and its really road do not send the money

215.809.1477 called my house asking for mom and telling me she was in a lot of trouble and they were the IRS.  They threatened my mother telling her she had a case against her and she was going to jail and they were coming for her.  They had the address of our house and wanted $500+ in cash but then settled for wanting my mom to go to Wal-Mart and purchase a green card and to provide them with the #.  They called our house several times yelling and screaming.  My mom asked if they were Indian by their accent and they yelled back saying “Are you questioning our faith?”  We had a police officer call them back and they didn’t provide their name and hung up. I believe this is internet phone # and they are calling from a different location.  I’m in shock that this has happened to several people and this # has not gotten shut down.  What action can the police take to get these guys?  My mom was taken to the hospital due to having a severe heart condition tonight with them yelling at her for more than an hour.  I’m scared with them having my house address.

I just got a call from this phone number 215 809 1477 by name of Allan Cruz saying I owe back taxes
and I'll be arrested for fraud both my wife and I.
Obviously this is false and these people should be made to stopped harassing people.

I got a call from this same number - someone called Allen Perrish and repeated the exact same story as mentioned above. He even threatened me to 'spoil my credit history' and report me to 'federal police'.

The scammers are so  stupid that they are using the same phone number every time - so a quick google search revealed that this is scam.
