I keep getting calls from this number - don't know anyone in this area code and I am on the do not call list.

I keep getting a call from 215-989-4741, and I want it to stop.

its verizon

called verizon at the number i have for them from my bill and they said its fraud

I keep getting calls from this number - AND they don't leave a message....and I am on the do not call list.

i answered and no one said anything it was pure silence.

I have received calls from this number and about 4 other numbers. Prank calls- they hang up as soon as you answer. All of them are linked back to Verizon Debt Collectors when you google the numbers. No one ever says anything, they just hang up. I called Verizon customer service and financial services and, as you would expect, was talked to like a child and told that Verizon will NEVER contact anyone by phone in that manner. The agent refused to write down the number that the prank call came from and then said he would put a note in the file that I am receiving prank calls from someone claiming to be Verizon. Verizon is the rudest, most incompetent, greedy company currently functioning on the earth- they also have a pretty good product-- but this prank call abuse when your bill is one day late is rude and disrespectful and downright pointless. Its like Verizon is some petulant child or an eastern european gangster or something and is determined to hurt you in some passive aggressive way because they are emotionally hurt by a late payment- clowns. Stop prank calling me, do you wonder why I call your customer service line once a week and try to ruin the day of whoever answers? I can be a petulant child too.
