I recieved this number this mornign on my cell phone. I didn't answer but amessage was left for me. It said I have a complaint against me and I have 4 hours to respond.  The caller said I have a complaint filed against me and I need to have my attorney call him back because a restraining order has been filed in my name. I do not know of anyone who would file a restraining order against me becaue I have done nothing wrong.

Pretty much same as above. This has GOT TO STOP. They are harassing myself and my son.

I have enough problems without this [***] who obviously doesn't have a life adding more stress to mine. His or her parents raised a horrible child. Use your knowledge to do something good for people. Grow up!

They called my cell phone three times in a row - every 2 minutes.  I didn't answer as it came up unknown.  The third time they left a message telling me the same thing 4 hours to respond - order of protection against me - can't imagine - I'm a mom - God fearing - church going adult.  There is no one that would do this to me.  I have a friend that's a lawyer, I may ask him to call back.

My cell phone only answers with my number and does not identify my name. So it is illegal to leave a message like they did. Also threatened I had four hours to call back or restraining order will be filed and they will call employer. Scam

Received a message on my phone and my family's phones threatening litigation saying my name and social security number was involved in fraud. Gave me four hours to call back and, of course, I did not.

Same as above, left two messages like this and called my family, I am calling the Consumer Fraud Division in my state.

I've had these idiots call multiple times. Same message (goes straight to voicemail as my cell phone has a blocking mode where no one that isn't a contact will ring). They called May 24, May 29, June 3, June 19. If I have 4 hours to respond don't you think they wouldn't call every week or two? Comes up as unknown, 216 number is in the voicemail to call back. On my voicemail it comes up on the screen as unknown@ungvm.v... so I'm guessing they're calling it from a computer and just using that number as a callback. Read somewhere that the callback number goes to a girl's cell phone, not even a company. Not sure, but I've reported it twice and still getting the calls.

Keeps calling my cell phone and leaving the same message. They have really pissed me off today by calling my work number. After listening to the message I pressed the # they ask me to press to speak to a live person, I ask her what she was calling me about and she told me to hold on because they were a lawyers office and she had multiple calls. I kept asking questions she couldn't answer and so she hung up on me. Imagine that, It is a scam.

Received call from this same number 2162175984 which came in private. Normally I do not answer private, unknown or blocked numbers but my sister is in the hospital so I didn't want to take a chance on missing her call. They threatened me too on a message so I called the number back to see what it was about. the girl who answered was rude and asked for my last four. I told her to tell me what this was about first. She said she needed my last four first. So I told her and then she said that there was an order against me for something like 1300.oo  and a restraining order, yada, yada, yada. I asked what was the company's name that was supposedly suing me and she gave me the name of some payday loan company which I never heard of nor have I had dealings with. I told her this too. She went quiet and didn't say anything. I hung up.  In the background while talking to her, you could hear what sounded like pneumatic tool for taking off or installing tires. Total scam artists and a bunch of bullsh*t. Check them out on ripoff report.com  you'll find them there too.  They try to scare you into thinking you're going to be arrested. I say bring it on..!!! Idiots.

I just received a call from the same number. Same threat call within 4 hours or risk getting order of protection against me. I have another number that does the same thing. I just ignore and delete messages!! People trying to get money for nothing!! They need to go get real jobs!!

I received the second call today within a week.  The "supposed" company that is calling is LRS Litigators.  I haven't spoken to anyone, but first of all, what would a company out of Cleveland have to do with a restraining order in Florida?  Secondly, restraining orders are in no way used to collect a debt.  They are used to provide protection from someone else, not help collect a debt.

I plan to call them tomorrow and find out what it's all about, and if they want my attorney involved, I can involve him!

They keep calling me saying I better call back or they will garnish me and something about a restraining order. they need to stop calling

TODAY 8/1/13 - I GOT A MESSAGE FROM THIS NUMBER - 4HRS - RESTRAINING ORDER - CALL MY WORK - ETC - SAME AS EVERYONE - LOOK UP NUMBER - UP CAME ALL THESE COMMENTS - I KNEW -  I DID SCAM - SAME AFRAID IF THEY WHERE LEGITMATE - NEVER AGAIN - I AM CONTACT BBB - POLICE DEPARTMENT - NEWSPAPERS -  WE ALL SHOULD - THEY DESERVE TO BE CAUGHT.

These people have continually called my job about some restraining order or arrest warrant.

Been receiving same message as everyone else here for the past 3 weeks on my cell and work phone, stating I have 4 hours to return their call regarding a restraining order....I knew something fishy but decided to call back and see what happens. When I called back, it went to their voicemail identifying themselves as LRS Litigations and the voicemail was full and asked me if I wanted to leave a call back  number and so I did....I left them my state consumer proctection agency number. I hope they call  back.

I am still wondering how they heck did they get my direct work number including extension and all....
