I dont know who or why they call they wont leave a message

Have been getting calls from this number for past 2 days, haven't been picking it up and they will not leave message.  So tried answering and they just hung up!!!!  Do people really have nothing better to do?

I answered it because it wrongly stated my city name so I thought it was a neighbor calling.  When I answered it there was a recording that said "It's important we talk to you.  Please hold for the next available representative."  I don't think so.  When I look up the number there are 836 complaints about it.

Just received a call from on 02/01/2013 from 2162204278. A very nasty sounding woman asked if my son by name was at this address. I told her that I know him but he is not at this address and asked if she would like to leave a message. She just hung up in my face. My caller ID said that this number belong to someone in Maple Hts, Ohio.

These people call 2-3 times a day don't leave a message or don't answer when I pick up.......Out of control harassing me what in the world!

This # 216-220-4278..... On 1-5-2014.... Called three times already two day...the person on the other line said they where a debt collector, but asked me for my information.....fk tht....

They keep calling, leave no message.  Hang up when I answer.  Does anyone know who this is?
