left a voice message say it is about check or bank fraud. and they will call my employeer

I just received that same call.  I called the call center they say the client didn't leave any information as to how much.  Talking about i owe 1500 dollars.  REALLY?

They called and left a message stating they would be notifying my employee regarding a Loan I took out with Cash Net...  Who would that be is the I have?

Received unknown call on my cell, which I did not answer, asking me to call this number, 216-285-9766.  I was being charged with bank fraud, etc., and they were going to contact my employer and have papers served on me.  Woud not tell me name of the company and other information.  

My boss just called me and said that this number had called. So when I had called them they named off some places of payday loans. The thing is the places that they named would not give me a loan. This is not the first time they have called my work. But when I had called back to get more info they didn't answer. They said that before it goes to court that it goes to them first.

216-285-9766 appeared as private number and left message something about check fraud and that they would call to verify my employment and also to call them by the end of business before its too late

Call showed up as a restricted number left voicemail stating I had committed bank fraud and I was being sued called the number back spoke with a lady with a strong accent not american she hung up on me called back a second time got and answer from a guy named Jason also with a very foreign accent said I was being sued for 1400.00 and I needed to settle this today or I would be in court so I asked Jim when this was done he said sometime before Feb 2012 he could not tell me how it was done or the name of the company I told him I was not paying anything till he sent me proof of this he hung uo on me

I just call and a recording answer and said if you wish not to be recorded please hung up. I waited few more minutes and a female answer. She said that I need to pay or go to court. I ask if they can send me proofs nope they hung up.

just got the same with showed up no number, left voicemail saying i commited bank fraud or check fraud

Just got a call from this number saying that I committed bank fraud and check fraud foreign accent don't know what they're talking about these issues need to stop will not answer anymore.

just received a call from this number at my job stating bank fraud and i need to call them or a court date will be assigned. i will be calling back after work and it wont be pretty.

This number is a scam!!!! When I told him they were scam and I want to speak to their supervisor they put somebody on the phone and said hello this is "Click" and hung up on me. I called back and told them there idiots for believing they could take peoples money and they called me a hoe and hung up on me. They couldn't give me exact names of a payday company and they couldn't give me any more details they just said they wanted money and I will be sued if I don't.  SCAM FAKE!!!!!

Same message as other reports.  I Will report to my state Attorney Generals office.

This company left a message on my employers phone stating I was being investigated for bank fraud.

Civil action will be taken against you if you do not respond.  My employer will be called.
Have until end of business today to reply.  Today is November 25, 2013

You are right Tosha. Today Esquire Sullivan Litigation  called our office about a former employee who hadn't worked here in years and threatened to take him to court.  I pressed #9 and spoke to some man. I told him this is a bogus call and his information was not up to date. He swore at me and hung up. It's a SCAM alright.

I keep receiving these calls and every time I call back I owe a different place. This time I bounced checks through a northern bank which isn't a listed US bank. I am so sick of these calls it is a shame they scare people into paying them and steal their money.

I just received a call from this number also ( 216-285-9766 and I also was able to get the number from the Caller ID 213-337-0014, when I answer the phone I heard they were searching for William Haley for a fraudulent check.
I'm going to the policy to report it, and see if they can track who ever is calling.

I just received this message also if I didn't call back by the end of business my employer would be notified. Do you know who these people are.
