    Said a complaint had been filed with my name and social.  I needed to contact their lawyer by EOB to avoid an embarrassing situation.  If I didn't call it was a willful evasion.

    I got the same thing!!!  They didn't say my name on the voicemail...when I called the number it said they are open from 8-5pm mon-fri.  I don't trust them!
