Got a automated call from 216-303-8736 this morning.  "You may have won a $100.00 Walmart Gift Card".  Please press "1" for a live operator - I quickly hung up!!

I never answer the phone if I dont recognize the number. If it is important, the caller will leave a message.   Never a message left.  However, I only seem to get these calls once and then I never get them again from the same number.  Eventually, they will get the message and go away.     I used to answer the phone as "(my local) police, how may I help you?"  That gets rid of them too.

I too got a call from this number just a while ago and did not answer - they actually left me a voicemail.
What a pain!. Wish they would leave me the heck alone.

I have been getting calls from this number sporadically for at least a  year....three in the last two days. I never pick up calls from numbers that are not in my contacts.

Again and again and again... Same thing.. recorded call from Walmart  about a 100$ gift certificate..., Always says first thing " thank you for calling " . They then try to transfer you over to a service rep  to get your info so you can receive your " Free " gift  $100 certificate.

They just never stop calling and I can not block the call......

This is getting out of hand and walmart needs to take control of their  " telemarketers "  .. oh yea, it seems they really do not care... imo

I'm sure it's just some scammer, not someone that actually works for Wal-Mart.  I can't see Wal-Mart giving away anything. ;)

Yes I have been getting them since June 4th.

Wal-Mart never calls a customer with a gift card. Against their policy. This  is not a Wal-Mart telemarketer!!! This a scam!

I missed a call from this number but they left no message, I don't recognize the number so didn't return the call. Besides, they called my cell number and I only give that number to friends whose numbers I'd recognize so it had to be span. I agree with Diana (who reported above) "...bad enough the spam callers call the house phone all the time, but when they call my cell makes me upset."  I did a search on the number and found this site so apparently I'm not alone.

Call Block check to see if you have call blocking on your phone. I just got a call from that  number and added them to my call block.. If you don't have call block on your phone there is an app you can download or call your phone company and they can tell you how to block the number.
