It's verizon, more than likely a collection #

Insistent calls w/o messages and rate increases driving me to a less expensive
carrier after Christmas. And I've been with Verizon since cell phones came out.

This number is Verizon wireless there is no message being left because it is automated. If you do pick up or call back you will find out that your phone balance is over due and could be shut off.

Even I paid my bill this number keeps calling me. I work during the day and I feel that this is out of control due to the amount of calls. Verizon is going to lose another costumer after 14yrs.

67 calls from this number in less then 24 hours. My bill is paid and their still calling and threatening to shut me off. I've tried to ignore the round the clock calls, but I am now past the point of even being decent. 12 yrs and their gonna lose 4 customers when I cancel them.

Stop calling people when they clearly know when their bill is due.  And stop adding on the next months bill before that bill is even due.  Train your staff to be able to explain the bill correctly.  

Constant harassment over my bill which is not past due. Am changing to T Mobile at the end of the month because of Verizon's texts and calls.

I've been constantly fighting with Verizon because they are trying to charge me $400 for a replacement phone when I sent back my other phone because port wasn't working! They so call corrected this error 5xs after I called 5xs plus I pay ins every month! Gave every persons name I spoke with and exact dates and times! They keep apologizing and said its been corrected but yet shut my phone off twice!

Its getting old. they call our business everyday, most of the time they call atleast three times a day and then hangup when you answer
