Would be nice if they called the correct number on the account, or left a freakin message.

This number just called me, and left no message. Who have been a good idea to do so if you wanted someone to call you back.

Same here.  They call and don't leave a message.  When I called back all the recording said was "welcome to financial services"; they don't identify themselves at all.  They ask you to enter your confirmation code which I didn't.  Wonder if it's really Verizon Financial Services because my account is a month behind and they've never called before when I was behind only 30 days.

They are a 3rd party debt collection firm working for Verizon. You don't need to pay them, just pay verizon directly. They make a commision\bonus etc on getting payments.

THIS IS A SCAM!  My cell phone account was hacked back in September because of this.  My cell # is now with the fraud department.  Do not answer any calls or texts saying they are Verizon.  Call Verizon yourself from the number on your bill if you have any questions in regards to your account.

I just got this call, too. Thanks for the heads up Momt. They must prey. on people late with payments. Makes me wonder how they get a list.

Yep. They do that crap with my account too. With the money they make, you would think they could get that stuff straight!

I don't even have a Verizon account! I never pick up this call because they never leave a message. If it's important enough they will leave info. Nut really so annoying already!!!! the phone number goes back to a service via Level3 Communications in Cleveland, OH. IF that helps any.

They call all the time, and never leave a message.  It is NOT verizon.

It would be a good idea to leave a message to return a call if it is needed.

Calling 10 times or more aday thats harrassment

They literally call my phone all the time when my bill is late, I never answer because I do pay my bill with my next check, I can't tell you how many times they call, I stopped answering, they won't leave a voice mail either.

Yeah I get calls every day from this number saying there Verizon I had enough of these people makes me sick

I forgot to pay my verizon bill.  This was from Verizon to remind me that I needed to pay.
