Sick of these people, they constantly call my cell but won't leave a message.  When I return the call, someone picks up, doesn't say "hello" they just say "are you there?"

Calls no message. Calls no answer.... I don't know it's weird

I keep getting this number 3 to 4 times a day.  don't know who it is, doesn't reply or leaves message.

Calls at least 4-5 times a day. Never leaves a message and no one says anything when I call back.

Called no message and redialed right back some do not call list!!!

I never answer when they call my cell.  I've called the number back from my work phone to see who it is and there is a generic auto answer of "thank you for calling customer service".  Offers you to press 1 to be connected to a representative, and all the times I've done this, I get a message that says all our agents are busy, please email your questions to customerservicenow2016@gmail.com.  I'm afraid to "enter my phone number in their do-not-call registry", not wanting to confirm that the number they stalker-call is an active phone number.

Caller ID said Independence, OH. I answered and the caller said "hi my name is joe and I'm a Medicare representative" then the called ended. I don't have Medicare nor will I have it anytime soon...lol.

This is a part of a scam, asking you questions such as "Can you hear me" or "are you there" that would usually result in an answer of "yes," or "yeah." What these people are doing is recording you, then sending you a bill, forcing you to pay it as they now have/will stage a fake phone call using your audio and responses of "yeah," as if you actually wanted to be charged for something. You're welcome

I found this forum by searching the email address you listed (customerservicenow2016@gmail.com)  I also get calls from these scammers like 2-4 times per week.  This is a scam, and it's voice activated recordings - my advice is NEVER say the word YES should you interact.  They are recording that and then can use that as your voice confirming anything.  It's usually either Joe, Billy or some lady that are recordings, then if you calmly say "OK" without any other background noise, you'll make it to a live agent who will tell you they are in Florida (yeah right).  They always spoof phone numbers - so it isn't just the number you listed, they display the same area code as your own phone number, so for me, it displays as "614".  Please help me report these people by filing a report on donotcall.gov (you can only file if you are on the do not call registry).

Can you also help me report these people?  do so on donotcall.gov  - they only look into complaints when there are multiple ones about the same issue.  You can only file a complaint if you are on the do not call registry.

these people that call me are trying to get you to get medical stuff through medicare. I had one company get me a back brace and it would fit a 5 yr old.......... they are  rude and ignorant......

these people are using a lot of diff numbers to call from. I have been getting these type of calls for more than 6 months. each time I call back, they always say 'all our agents are busy please leave a comment on customerservicenow2016@gmail.com... I have removed my number from each{6 at least} but they continue to call. at least 1-2 times per d I am tired of this shizzle.

I get a call from my area too (610) and always a bunch of different numbers they call from. I just use the block feature on my cell phone and I no longer get the call from them. Problem solved.

So tired  of these calls.  No one answers or all the agents are busy.  This number has been reported to the authorities and I am going to see that they are procecuated (sp) to the fullest.  If you can not answer, then you are nothing but a fraud.

I got a call from 717-781-2711 and said "Hello". He said something which I could not understand so, like a dummy, I said "Yes?". I know better but wasn't thinking. I called the number and got the same response about emailing "customerservicenow2016@gmail.com". I did not press 2 to be taken off the call list. I went to donotcall.gov and reported the call along with what I said.

Caller named "Josh" claims to be from a medic alert and you are on a recorded line.  "Can you hear me ok?"  Josh could be a Russian hacker looking your information. The Russians are trying to infiltrate US phone lines.

Asked if I could hear them then  i said yes and they hung up

I said yes to there message now what do I do . I know this is a scam. Called the police department to make them a where of this

They call me all the time as well. Same deal; can’t get rid of them. Sometimes they identify theirselves as Helpong Hands claiming I have contacted them because I have or will eventually have diabeties. Other times it is because the found me on job search . Same people; different “organization “  How does one get rid of them?????
