CCF is the Center for Consumer Research, run by State Farm.  If you have a policy with them, they are using your personal information to harrass you.

Apparently, telling the caller to remove you from their list, does not work.  Call your State Farm agent, and threaten to cxl your policy.

Received two calls today from this number. One at 5;30 AM and one at 9.00am Alaska time. Told fist caller not to call back. Did not help. I am a State Farm user and apparently they got my number from State Farm.

Received a call from this number at approximately 8:40 07/02/2008 and when I asked for information regarding the company they represent I was disconnected. I attempted to call this number back and it came back as disconnected or no longer in service.

Received 2 calls from 1-217-278-6929 on my cell number. I asked to be removed from the call list and was told that that was NOT possible. The caller then hung up in my face.

Phone call from the number 2172796929. I did not answer. No message was left. I dialed the number and it said that they were attempting to contact me with a survey. They would call back.

I just received a call, I didnt really think anything of it, its around 8:30 Central time. They wanted me to take a survey, I honestly told them that I didnt have time and they said they would call back later. Im curious as to how they got my cell phone number. I am not affliated with State Farm in anyway. I tried to call the number back and got a recording saying they tried to contact me, and will likely do so in the future. Nothing really weird about the call, except for after 'typical' work hours.

These people called me too, they would not take me off their list.

They called me at 9:00 P.M. on 8.28 and hung up. At 9 P.M. this really ticked me off. This is the new loophole in the DNC laws and supposedly the Fed addressed these so-called "surveys" last week, passing a new law or an amendment to the DNC. I don't remember when it's to go in effect.

These people (217) 278-6929 are calling my cell phone but only past 9:00PM central time.  Last night I got a call at 11:00 PM, I was asleep!  They never leave a message, it's harrassment and annoying.

Got a call when I wasn't home and they left no message. I saw on another board they have been bothering lots of folks. CCF research is "Center for Consumer Feedback" a research arm of State Farm Insurance located in Champaign Illinois. On their site they have a place that states "for questions or concerns, call Art Jackson @ (309) 766-2747." Let's all give Art a little of his own medicine and EVERYBODY give him numerous calls at all times of the day and night! I know I will.

They called a number that NOBODY in the world knows. It's our cable phone, and NOBODY knows this number. We have NEVER given it out. And to my knowledge, nobody in this house likes State Farm. Especially now. I'll be calling Art Jackson tonite around midnite. (309) 766-2747

Just received a call from this (217) 278-6929 on 11/24/2008 at 7:35 p.m. Eastern.  Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  I NEVER have given out this number except to 2 family members as we have a stalker situation (long story).

This is appalling.

this call is from state farm and it is a very long annoying survery.  i couldn't understand the guy with whom i was speaking too, these types of things should be emailed.

They hung as soon as I answered,then called back the next day and hung up after one ring. But I too have State Farm Insurance!

Sounds like we just got on their list too.  Had a call on 01/08/09 at 7:05 PM eastern, again on 1/09/09 at 7:25 PM eastern, now again today at 12:35 PM.  We do have state farm insurance, and come Monday, our agent is getting a phone call. We have tried to answer this call but there is nothing but dead air.

They call at all hours...simply annoying, I just don't answer.  They need to be stopped.....THANK GOD FOR CALLER ID!
