When I do not answer, they hang up.  It says this is a pay phone on my caller ID.

They keep calling me and I need to know who they are

This calls me and stays quiet for 30 seconds and says good bye. It's annoying.

Called me but I didn't answer and then they just hung up

They called me in Denmark twice within few minutes, no response when i talked.

It's 8:30 am and those annoying "windows" people calling to tell me there's a problem with my computer. Normally it's a 'private' or blocked number on call display. The 217 area code is Illinois but who knows where the call is really from, certainly NOT Microsoft!

They call at 6 AM when I call back I get recording that the number is no longer in service or has been disconnected

auto message saying I am being sued by the IRS and to call a 202 number immediately

This number called me and told me that they were calling for the IRS saying that I needed to call 209-813-0138
because they were filing a lawsuit against me!!!!!!

This was one of those phoney IRS calls. A very somber female voice warned me that the IRS was suing me. It would have been much more impressive if caller ID hadn't said "pay phone". But then maybe the IRS has been reduced to using pay phones.

This person pretended to be from the Canada Revenue Agency, and told me that I am accused of tax evasion and that they need to arrest me etc ..... However, they were trying to ask me my apartment number because they stated that they did not have my apartment number.

So, that is when I said that they are fraudulent and they need to send me documents with all the charges listed for me to counter them, one by one!

It was hilarious. He kept the phone down after that.
