This caller calls, but when I answer the phone they hang up!! ANother rude telemarker from the Fraternal Order of Police!!!

How do you get these calls blocked permanently?

Did not answer call as we did not recognize phone number or caller ID. Let the call go to answering machine. Caller left NO message.

Got call today - no message left

The FOP Strikes again.  Called and left no message.

Got the call at 2:53 p.m. on 10/11/2007. Was not home at the time and they didnt leave a msg. Lookup reveals the name as

When I called back got a machine saying they werent home and to leave a message. This has obviously got to be some sort of scam. If this lady is involved she better not try anything funny because I have her SSN, DOB and all her neighbors. I called her APT manager and she hasnt lived at that address for over a year but they have had reports of this before.
She gave me Lincoln, IL police dept # to report if you actually talk to this person or figure out whats going on.

I got a call from this number today.  Caller id said "Illinois".  I live in TX, so I was surprised when the caller said they're from the state troopers looking for donations.

Same thing happened to me.  Caller id said "Illinois."  I didn't answer & it went to my voice mail, but no message was left.

Same as others: I didn't answer; she/he/it left no message.

Answered the phone after two rings, there was a beep and then no response. Thought it was odd that someone from Illinois was calling since I am in Pennsylvania.

Two calls from this number showed up on my caller ID last week. Today I was home and answered the phone. Heard background noise but nobody said anything and I hung up.

Been getting these calls regularly last month or so.  Never pick up and no message left on answering machine.

picked up the phone but I didn't answer right away.  Then the caller hung up as I said hello.  Caller ID said, Davenport A (217)735-2128.  Then I started getting more telemarketing calls with no caller ID a few minutes later. Coincidence?

Caller hung up before I got to the phone.  Since I was expecting calls from timber buyers, I Googled the number and was surprised to find this site.

Got a call from this number and mad me real mad.  My kid just went to sleep and the phone woke him up at 8:30pm.  Keeps calling but wont speak.  mmust be some dumb idiot with nothing else to do.

When you call the number you get a message that says mailbox full cannot receive any more message.   I used a calling card to call the number not my personal number.  Any idea if this number is with ATT or someone else.

In the past couple weeks I got at least 8 calls from this number. Same story as above comments. By finding this site I at least know it isn't "the whacked out pyscho" looking for my son. that is a HUGE relief---I will check back to see if there is anything new going on...I will NO longer answer
