Not telus only....... I'm with sprint and just got called this morning. It was a female recording in Spanish. Hmmmmmmm........ I live in Austin, Texas.

I'm in Canada and got this call this morning, checked online to see who it was, and here I am.  Weird.

HELLO i got a call from this number mentioned my network provider FIDO and ask me to press 1 it is so weird

I just got a call from this number while in front of my computer at work.  I googled it while my phone was still ringing and this page was the first search result.  Considering the previous comments were made a recently as 5 minutes before mine, they must have just came back from their coffee break.  I am with Rogers, so no one is safe...

Just received a call on my cell phone - did not answer it since I did not recognize phone #.  If I answered it I would be charged long distance call fee.  What a rip!

WOW... so what exactly is this number? I just got it too.. but I didnt answer it, I hate answering the phone when i dont even know the number.

Got a call from this number this morning.  I don't pick up calls from numbers that I don't recognize or when the number is blocked.  If it's important, I have voice mail.  The voice mail was half a second of a muffled sound.  My phone is with Bell, so who knows what they're calling about.

I got a call from this number and a machine recorded message said that I can claim a prize that's only for Telus customers. My cell phone happens to be with Telus, but I knew it was a scam, so I hang up. Usually I don't anwser the phone when the number is unknown, but I was just curious.

I just got a call as well from this number saying that I had won a prize reserved only for Telus customers. I am a Telus Customer but I knew something was fishy about the call. My name is on a national 'do not call' list.  Why am I receiving this?  I wonder what the scam is. Hmmmm...

I missed a call from this number yesterday but luckily I was too busy at work to grab it.  I'm with Rogers.  Has our numbers been compromised and handed to international telemarketers!?

Yes, I received random call from this # as well on 8/12 and figured it had to be random wrong # or scam and here we all are.  Glad I did not pick up. I live in Los Angeles and have Verizon as carrier and on 'Do Not Call' list, so not sure what is going on here...

I got the call but did not answer. Guess I'm glad I didn't. I have verizon.
