I wasn't home when the call came in, but I tried calling the number back, but couldn't get through

Number has called me at work the last 3 days without leaving a message.  Today a voice message was left and when I listened to it, it was someone in the background with a Mid-eastern accent.  I am many call lists for technical publications; so, I bet it was a telemarketer trying to get me to take another subscription. Hope this helps.

this is a number that chase bank uses for their call center in india. the people are [***] and i only know this after they called me constantly to try and get a payment that they already had.

I have been receiving calls daily from 223-051-6700 for the past year.  They call up to three times a day.  They never leave a message and hang up when I answer.  This is a total invasion of my privacy and want this stopped.  There must be a way to stop this harrassment.

The phone company says it is an overseas number.  They call my home and cell but leave no message.  The calls also come in all zeroes.  I stopped answering calls I don't know the numbers.

i receive at least 2 to 4 call a day from this number. it worries me how can i  stop this

I'm apalled on how they outsource people from India that have no idea what is going on here in the USA. for a dollar an hr they keep calling you  even if yo uare paid in full fo rth emonth especially Applied bank. How can the torture here stop.? they do not listen to yo u& sometimes do not answer you. 223 I'm told is Polland. Obama should be concerned how good credit scores are coming down due to outsourceing jobs & we are sinking fast into a hole that USA compainies are taking away from

For the past two days I've received a call each morning at about 10AM(EST). No reply when I answered. I called their number and received a busy signal. They call on my business line. I have no dealings with Chase bank, nor do I owe anybody any money that's past due. I don't have a clue who "they" are, where they are from or what they want. And thank you to whomever reads this for listening to me take out some frustrations. %(@#%)  #$^(^)#  %^)!&$*$!!!

It's NCO financial, they try to collect on old debt and harass people endlessly

This number calls me many times a week.  Never leaves a message.  I called it back and the greeting was "this is not a valid number".

THEY CALL IN THE MORNING, NOON AND NIGHT, NO ONE THERE.

What these people are doing is tricking the caller ID system. They must be using one of those systems that modifies caller ID info it sends out, adding a + before the 2230516800 to make it look like an overseas call. Being a US call technically it would/should be +1 and then 2230516800 but even in that the 051 is not a valid prefix, showing they are making up fake numbers. Fraud tactics to possibly pursue valid or invalid collections.

These calls are very annoying and they leave no info on caller id which is poor business practice and i want it stopped.a7v7

This "223" refers to Mali Republic in Africa.  I got a call from this dumb African (I suppose, since it didn't answer when I picked it up.)may be up to trying to cheap people for a few hundred dollars for important money transactionsthat was never there.  Should be copy cats from the 419 scam.

Just got a call from these people 5 minutes ago, no message and i am not gonna bother calling them back and if you ask me, i think its a scam and my advice is to report it.  whenever we get calls like this, it is really upsetting that these morons call at this hour in the day.
