EVERYONE.. Call your STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL and DEMAND they change the law on how creditors have to show their name when they call.

I'm receiving these calls as well and I'm paying my bill also.  Apparently Chase Morgan is so frightened by the current down-turn in the economy that they've now taken to threatening and harassing their customers.

I too have gotten numerous calls this week from them.  They kept saying they need a payment immediately and my account is up-to-date.  I told them that I would pay again on the 22nd of December and they said that is goo because it is due on the 23rd...why are they calling then is what I want to know?  I also recieved calls from another # of theirs  it is (402)220-4351

They have been calling for the past two days almost non stop. There are so many scams running that I don't answer the phone unless I know the phone number.

I have noticed the comments above and see that people know it is JP Morgan Chase harrassing people.  Thanks for the heads up.  My bill is paid on time, why they are bugging me, I don't know.

They have been calling me for the last 2 days non stop as well. I just got a call from them at work too!  My bill was paid a week late, but that's the first time I've EVER been late with this company.  I'm embarrassed and feel like they're treating me unfairly.  Does anyone know if these companies are allowed to call you at your employer?

We receive at least 9 to 10 calls per day for the past few months.  On our caller ID is says "Elk Grove Vi IL"  Who are they??  Please help us stop these calls on the hour and almost every hour starting at 8AM till about 8PM

I too have recieved calls from them very annoying. I have paid my bill and yet they still call. I also got a call fromt there 402 number.....how do you make it stop!!

This number needs to be reported. It has called me several (10-12x)/day. it's relentless and annoying.

annoying but blocked on my phone so not as bad. i am sure they love ready all this on the web.....probably why they continue

you can tell them it's your work number and that you're not allowed to receive calls at that number. it's the law that they remove that number once you tell them that

They are completely ridiculous! They start calling at 8:30 in the am until almost 9 at night! They house phone will ring, and within seconds of the machine picking up my cell phone is ringing. I'm up to date on payments too.

They call me several times a day, sometimes one right after another.  I finally called this number back and got some lady who said that she did not call us and that this has been happening to her for the past 3 weeks and she had not called anyone.  I told her that the caller ID came up as "Illinois" and she said that was strange as she lives in Pennsylvania.

Interesting.  My caller id said the same thing as CJS on Jan. 20th.  Chad's comment on 02/25 suggest that it is some kind of phone/internet trickery.  I've heard of scam artist somehow making the call appear on the caller id. as a different location from which the call actually originated.  As for the Chase account, I have one, but have never made a late payment.  So who knows.  If they continue to call, I'll block the number.

Don't even have a Chase account, have never had one, and they call my number all day every day.  Don't know where they got my number.

I have been getting these calls non-stop on my cell as well as at my job. They say I need to make a payment and that they have all of my account information and just need me to say yes to making a payment right then, when I tell them I am current and not due for another 3 weeks they get rude and keep insisting that they can access my bank account immediately. How can they do that? I work for a finance company and as far as my corp. attorney for the company tells me, if they try to get you to authorize them to enter your bank account there is no telling how much money they will take out and you can't fight it back b/c you authorized them to do so...SO DON'T LET THEM INTO YOUR ACCOUNT!!!

I received many calls from this number & 407-771-0978 at least 7 times a day, half hour appart.  It is very frustrating.

When I do speak to them I ask them their names, the branch location where they are calling from
