don't know this number

Law firm of "Budkick and Dernier"?

I get phone calls from this number constantly -- sometimes every 10 minutes.  When I pick up, no one is there ... just silence.  Very annoying!

It's a debt collector

No one answered.  Probably a debt collector.

I get calls from this number almost every day, @ the begining I answer but was silent

I have been getting calls from this number since I got my phone installed back in December. I have answered a few times, it's a mechanical voice stating someone's name who doesn't live where I live. I'm asked to press 9 to speak to a representative, I just hang up after that, they leave no message if I don't answer. Apparently, they are some sort of law agency that deals exclusively in debt collection.

Addendum:
I have information on this "collection agency"
It is:
Budzik & Dynia LLC
4849 North Milwaukee Avenue
Suite 801
Chicago IL 60630
Phone: 773-877-3266
Toll Free: 888-335-2712
Fax: 773-427-1912
Their website is:
http://www.budzikdynia.com/

I hope this information can help someone.

If they are So "Legitimate" then WHY do they seem to have the need to continually CHANGE the NUMBERS they call from to get around number blocking programs and people -  like myself who have CONTINUALLY TOLD THEM that *I* and NOT the person they are looking for.  The calls stop for a short time, then start up again, and they are calling a CELL PHONE with is ***ILLEGAL***.  This has been going on for AT LEAST 3 YEARS and its TIME IT STOPPED.  I should not have to BLOW my minutes (PRE-PAID, NONE "free") to CONTINUALLY TELL THEM I'm NOT who they 'think' is at this number.

That website listed above doesn't work.  Hmm, a law firm with non-working website.  I smell scammers!

call back gets automated speech about $100 Walmart gift voucher and if interested you will need to be transferred to a live operator, then I hung up.
