225-435-9095

I had the same type of call from another number yesterday. Here's the transcribed message they left me:

This message is intended for Jose Harris. Also the very second you receive this message, I need you or your written attorney of record to return the call.  The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. My name is James William and hotline to my division 2254359095. I repeat it is 2254359095. Don't disregard this message. Return the Call. Now, Jose if you don't return the call or I don't hear from your Attorney either, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck. As this is the wisest thing falls on you.

i answered a call today from the.number.2254359095, i.was.disconnected and when they called back, it.did not ring through. the man who left a message was very very rude and said that b/c i hung up in his face that showed i had bad intentions and then started repeating over and over and over "you're going to get arrested, be ready, you're going to get arrested." i don't know how real this is or.even what it is involving. can someone shed some light on this for me? what do i do?

They called my cell phone first and then my job and it concerns me how they got my personal information. He told my co-worker that I was going to jail if I didn't return their calls.

Caller hung up when I asked for the name of his attorney. Heavy Indian accent: much like the ones I used to hear when I worked in Bhopal, India. Very heavy, and rude.

Got the same call. Who r these people

I got the same message today too! They called twice on my cell and then left 1 message. Then they called my work phone. Luckily I had already looked up the number they called from and figured out it was a scam. When I answered my work phone they asked for me I said yes, and he went on to tell me that a lawsuit had been filed against my ss #. What a joke, really against my ss #!!! I then proceeded to tell him I don't think this is true because I looked up your number and this is posted as a a scam. He was quiet for a few seconds then said oh and hung up. Oh and he said his name was Frank Lewis, also had a heavy Indian accent. And funny the number is internantional too because when I tried calling from my cell my carrier didn't allow it through because I'm not set up for internantional calling.

Hello, i got the same calls today from Kevin White telling me i Will be arrested In the next 30 days. Very heavy accent as well, hass called my job several times....so embarrassing. When i spoke to Kevin, he asked me why I had committed this crime, I told him that I had no knowledge of what he is referring to And to go ahead file the charges but In the meantime to never call my job again, he hung up on me. So rude. He didnt even get a chance to ask me for any money...

I got this same call. Thhey called my phone and then my boss called me to tell me they called for me there. They won't tell me who i supposed to have borrowed money from either. Told me I would be aressted at my place of employment but I don't want to write it here. Is this real??

SCAM SCAM SCAM ~ They are from India and you should hear what they have said to me.  It was sexual and violent.  I reported it to my local authorities.

They are trying to get your CC # or bank account.

This is a complete scam.  They will threaten you and anybody else that calls or speaks to them on your behalf.  I have had the utter unfortunate experience to have dealt with a group like this before.  They have stolen your contact information from another company and are using it to get money from you.  They will at frist make it seem as if they are real and legitimate, however, they are NOT.  They are extremely rude.  I would suggest calling them back and letting them know if they pursue to call you that you will take legal matters into your own hands.  That typically stops their calls.  Wish you the best of luck!

This is a SCAM 100%.  DO NOT provide them any information...even if they appear to have some personal secure information of yours!

Hello, yesterday I received a number from these people at my place of employment. I called the number back and the number was disconected at first and then I called again and it was this weird Indian guy stating that they have a lawsuit against my social security. I did let them know that I was aware of their scam and if they continued I was going to take legal action against them, the call was silent and then they hung up on me.

They call me from several different numbers.  They threaten that I am going to be arrested. Something about payday loans, which I've never had. One called me a [***] and a [***] because I told them I knew they were scammers and that I contact my local sheriff every time they call. When is this going to stop?!

the person from the above number contacted me very rudely demanding a payment for a pay day loan which never happened. I contacted the bank which had no deposits into my account and it never happened. He rudely yelled that I would be arressted and thretened that he would have law enforcement visit my work if i didn't give him money "now". He refused to show prof, he refused to give me info form the bill and demaned money. Please assist, he needs to be stopped.
