I got a call from this no, and they people was telling me something about my computer. That my computer is working Slow.
Really it was working very slow even I was having Norton-360.
I appreciate the person who was working on my computer, after spending more than an hour that technician fix my computer. Now its working perfect.

Dude, we got the same call.  It's a scam.  DON'T fall for it.  The call is from Louisiana ... which office of Microsoft is stationed down there?  Um .... NONE.

Got a call from "Styen". said he was from Microsoft, same routine to me, said they had received numerous error messages from my computer and that I had malware/viruses, gave me my computer ID number, had me confirm it with them be telling me where to find it from the command prompt, showed me where all the viruses where in the Event viewer, then guided me to a website to download a free remote access program, got to the point of running/saving the file then told him to phone back in an hour which he did. when I started to question him he was fumbling for answers and I could hear someone else was listening in on the conversation....told him how can he expect me to give him access when I have no clue if he is legit, he hung up.

The scammers have no clue about you or about your computer but we have everything............
So can think that who we are........

No they people are not scam because they fixed the all the problem of my pc.
