225-754-9897 called my cell phone and left a message. It was only a partial about pressing two for something. I called the number back and asked who they were and the woman named Sheela would not tell me.

person  was rude and would not give me any answers to the questions who called i ask her

These people seem to be a scam, the same number called my work just asking for Mary Jackson, at my home they asked for Mary Rowland. They have called my home before and asked for Mary Jackson, either they are a scam or Mary somebdy is using both numbers I am associated with, BUT other friends and family have also recieved calls like this asking for Mary and their surnames.  I vote scam!

They keep calling asking for me but they use the name listed in the phone book which is an inaccurate spelling of my name and sounds different, I finally decide to press 1 and they hung up on me when I questioned them.

The gentleman I spoke with spelled out exactly what he was calling me for (an ER visit to a local hospital). Not a scam.
