Received two calls from this number, one on 12/7 @ 2:57 PM and the other on 12/9 @ 10:46AM CID indicated it was a Georgia Call. Probably from cell phone. Caller spoke foreign language on the first call and on the second call the caller simply hung up immediately without saying anything.

Got a call from them today, 12/14/2010, Speaker was speaking Spanish and eventually hung up. Weird.

Got a call once again.  This time at 10AM.  I never pick up calls from strange numbers.  They call about every few weeks.  Definitely telemarketers not paying attention to the do not call list.  Either it is a Spanish poll or survey or someone trying to scam immigrants out of cash. I have a Spanish last name and speak very little Spanish.  I will file a complaint on the do not call registry.  Until the government starts real enforcement this isn't going to stop.   When will our phone numbers be private and not public.  There has to be a way to ban all calls legally once you ask them to stop.  Even debt collection.  Take people to court if they owe you money.  But creditors fear bankruptcy court more than the FTC.  To show you it is scam, they are using Magic Jack, the internet, and the ability to switch numbers easily and cheaply to avoid prosecution.  This will never end.  Another number to add to my block phone list.  Now I would pay to be able to block unlimited phone numbers.  Comcast, ATT, Verizon.... do you hear me.  I would pay for unlimited block call feature

Mom is in the hospital, so I'm getting calls from all over, I could barely hear her but it was spanish, but I could not hear enough to understand

I received a call yesterday 1/8/11 with no one speaking. I received another call today 1/9/11 with no one speaking. The second call was someone who greeted me "Buenos Dias". Then I hung up.

Repeated calls, they just hang up.

Getting calls from this nimber and nobody speaks.  Very Annoying!

I get a call from these people about twice a week, offering me a free calling card, for Latin America. IT'S A SCAM!!!!

Keep receiving calls from this number and have asked that my number be removed several times.  Irritating as heck.

Just received a second call from this number.  A woman speaking Spanish complained that the answering machine picked up.  No message.

It's still MagicJack.  I've said in English - do not call, remove me from the call list.  Tonight they did not hang up before the answering machine got to it, so all that was there was call center noise.  If you call the number on CID, you'll be told that this MagicJack has not been assigned to a customer yet, and if you would like MagicJack to call such and such number.  So tired of this.  As soon as I see "229" now, I just announce to the household to ignore, that it's MagicJack.  Not exactly a good marketing campaign...

Is anyone actually trying to track these idiots down?  I'm having the same problems as everyone else.  They keep calling and hanging up when I say I do NOT speak Spanish.  Forget about trying to tell them not to call anymore.  I personally am going to track these b's down like a dog

The number (229) 380-8195 calls me two to three times per day, almost every day, for about 3 months now.  I keep telling them that I do not speak Spanish yet they continue to talk to me in it.  It started out with a request to stop calling me which has now turned to "I'VE TOLD YOU PEOPLE TO STOP [insert expletive]ing CALLING ME!"  My husband recently deployed, I've just lost my grandmother, I'm having to deal with a lot of stress right now and these phone calls are starting to push me to the edge.  If anyone can find any information on these people, please do share it so I can give them a piece of my mind...in English!

For several months I've been getting calls from these jerks!  I never answer, but their phone no. & "strange" series of numbers keeps coming up on my caller i.d.!  

I'm reporting them to every agency I can think of!  Even they have to obey US laws!

I encourage all of you to do the same!  

By the way, ". . . and I'm a Mormon" -- your posting does NOT belong here!  Remove it or I'll report you also.  What's wrong with you???
