It was very threatening message giving me a Denver,  Co. number to call.303 562 1800 Llyold Barrington  saying if I didn't call him. I had waved my rights to counseling.  NO, I'm not calling this number.

Have been getting calls from this number for several weeks.  They never leave a message.  Last week, it was a computer and I had to press 1 to get a human.  All I heard from the computer was litigation.  When a woman answered I asked what this call was about, and she hung up.  Today they called again.  I didn't get the phone fast enough and called them back.  A woman answered and asked for my phone number.   They are very fast talking.  I had to tell them to slow down.  Say they are with National Litigation Services.  The first woman transferred me to my husband's "caseworker."  Told me that my husband was going to be taken to court by Federal National Bank for something from 2012.  I told the "caseworker" my husband has dementia and I had power of attorney since 2011 and nothing was done by him with any bank in 2012.  The "caseworker"  told me to hang on while she looked for more information on the file.  I waited 35 minutes for her to come back.  She never did.  I hung up.

This company has called me numerous times with threatening messages. The claim I received a Payday loan in 2012 and the account is being sent to the courts. Some fool by the name of Melissa kept changing her last name and would not say the  name of the company or tell what company they were representing.  She is black but the man on the recording is white. I told her to go to hell.

Same thing seems like a scam.

They called from this number telling me that I did not cooperate I would be going to jail for a loan from Federal National Bank.  Then it switched to Capital One...I got pretty irate because the number they called was my fiances number and I did not live there, until recently.  She ended up hanging up on me ...But I was really mad and called them back.  Someone answered and they claimed to be a Litagation service...they attempted to get my social security number , claiming they would look into the issue further...I refused and told them I was not given out my Social Security number to anyone.  they got mad and hung up on me.

SCAM. Ignore and block this number.
