Cadillac Collections--called them and the women on the phone started yelling and hung up!!!!!

They call me swearing and yelling at me everyday.

What is the collection they are calling you about? Is it a medical bill?

This number keeps calling me. I answer and hold every time and they hang up. I call back and they hang up. This is happening upto 6 timed a day EVERY day!!!! $

These people call me constantly after I repeatedly told them to stop calling. The man on the phone called me a [***] and aome.other cuss words with my phone on speaker, that my 4 yr old heard! Then when i asked them to stop callin, he said i will not stop calling you!!! Friggin  ridiculous!!!

They keep calling with a recording and then put me on hold only to hang up. I called back and got a busy tone. What the heck ?

They call and leave no message, I call back and get a busy signal. VERY ANNOYING!

Cadillac Accounts Receivable.  Its a collections agency.  Called me about a medical collection.  Set up a payment arrangement.  No yelling or screaming. Just answer their call and set up a payment.

Sounds like you work for them compared to the rest of these people.

agree. that guy definitely works for them! they cannot continue to call you if you tell them to stop. Record it. There are attorneys that love to pursue these companies. Federal law. look it up. FDCPA. I know what your thinking.  Nope. im not an attorney.  They're almost as bad.

They call, I don't answer, Yes Ron must work for them. If they call and cuss me out, I will really hurt their feelings...

Keep getting phone calls from this number. When I answer no one says anything, just white noise. Very annoying.

I blocked the number because I repeatedly receive calls from them and I  would pick up and they ask me to wait. I refuse.

This call is an attempt to steal your identity.  Just hangup, do not press any keys, don't talk to anyone or provide any information.  The caller ID is spoofed.  If this was a legitimate call from a debt collection agency, they would have to announce that on the call as required by Federal law.  They would have to say something along the lines of:  "(We/name of collection agency), Federal law requires us to inform you that we are a debt collector, attempting to collect debts for our clients...etc."  There must be full disclosure, and there is none on this recording.  Block this caller, do not answer, or just hang up.

Yes that's what happened when I got the call...I will put them on my block list.  If they are going to call, at least say something.

Shows up in missed calls frequently, caller does not leave a message.

Called this morning about collecting a debt. I have no outstanding debt. Caller blocked.
