This number belongs to "CADILLAC ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT".  It  is a Michigan collection agency that specializes in collecting accounts receivable management for healthcare, commercial business, municipalities, state and local governments.   It just shows the number when they call, NO NAME.  They are associated with "Mercy Health System" for their Hospitals and  collect over due bills for them.

When you call the number back, you get a recording that says: "all conversations will me monitored and tape recorded".  You STILL don't know what Company it is until you get a representative on the phone.

They do not leave a message, so I do not return call. RUDE!
