They called me from this number. I didn't pick up. Who are they?

They called me tonight, got lucky that I didn't pick up the phone. These fraud calls probably charge you as if you were making long distance calls!

I have just received a call and (hopefully) missed it.

They call me today at 20:00 local time, Athens, Greece. Seemed suspicious and didn't answer.

Then i closed the phone right then.
Is there the possibillity of being overcharged?
