got a call from this #231-732-2028 they wanted to check on an order they said my wife had placed and when i asked them what it was they hung up,,we had not ordered anything from anybody,,so watch out for this call

I get phone calls from this number CONSTANTLY.  I would advise not answering the call at all.  I am hoping that eventually they will give up.  So far, they only have my cell number.

Said they were calling from "Vista Services."
Why doesn't the sheriff arrest these guys?
They are at a lot of Detroit numbers.

received a call from this # on 5/10/11 @ 8:59am, didn't anwer it because i was at work, have no idea who it was or what they wanted, decided to search the # on my lunch break and found this site, thanks for the info

Received this call just now, but chose not to answer because I had a block number call me 3 hours beforehand. I figured if it was important enough they'll leave a message! But they didn't.

They called me again.. so i answered. Said they are from "vista services" and are sending me a free $125 gift card in gas that I can use at any gas station and something about a buyers program. He was breaking in & out for a whole minute and than when i asked him what he said he was clear again and the call was disconnected.. I just know there was a charge somewhere.. so i guess I will be waiting for my mail and see what scam they are sending me!

I got a call from this guy who sounded like he was sitting in prison some where...kept saying I made a purchase online or from the tv or someting and said he was sending a gift card or something...I just played dumb and kept saying I could not understand him and that I did not know what he was talking about...then he hung up.

Has called me three times within four and a half hours now. Have not picked it up and won't and they have yet to leave a message. I love this site for reasons like this. Thanks for the information! Hopefully they won't continue and will just give up.

Received a call a few weeks ago, and 2 today.  They insist they are calling about an order I placed with my Visa card, and how they will send me a free gas card.  This, along with some "marketing" material... which is where I hung up each time.  
Trick is, I have credit cards, just haven't had a Visa in a very long time.  They pick Visa because the majority of people have one.
I don't know the real intent, but it seemed to be telemarketing

Finally answered this phone call today and when I told the guy on the phone that I hadn't purchased anything online and that I didn't want his gas card he started to insult me and yell at me.  Totally ridiculous.

Just got a call from this number.....they called 3x in a row.

i just got a call as well but they did have the ending numbers of my card.. how do i report this so i wont be charged!! i am scared!!

I would like to stop this phone number 231-732-2028 from constantly calling my cell phone.

6 times in 2 days!!! ANNOYING!! This has to be illegal, right?? I've had this happen before with a different number calling. I answered it, listened to their "sales pitch" and then told them I wasn't interested and to please stop calling me. That was probably a month ago. Now its started again with not only this number, but also 616-980-1151.

These people called. I missed the call, so I called it back. They don't want to tell ya who they are. Saying they wanted to confirm my order. I didn't order anything from anyone who don't have a name.

I had this number (231-7322028) listed on my Blocked Call list as well and they still got through.  They sometimes leave a message that they are calling to confirm that something I ordered is on the way and I can call them or if I don't, it will not effect the delivery....

I still can't figure out how they got past my Block Calls list on my phone????

I got one today saying I made a purchase from Vista on my visa card and was sending me gas cards, when I answered yes to where I lived, they hung up

Same thing happened to me today, I felt something wierd was going on by how fast this guy was talking.  Just cancel your credit card, I canceled mine the same night.  Credit card companies are used to this crap, just tell them some telemarketers called you with your card info and you want to cancel your card they will give you a new one.
