Called my cell, I'm in Austin, Tx, no message

Called my cell, I'm in Austin, TX.  I said hello and got what sounded like a two sentence voice mail prompt in Spanish.  After another minute it hung up.

This is the third such call I've gotten from this number...
The start of the recording is heavily garbled and I can't understand what's being said until it asks me to press number 2.  If anyone can shed some light on this, it would be nice.

I live in Austin as well and got a call a few minutes ago.  I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a voicemail.

Just got the same on my mobile.  Automated, in spanish, hard to make out.

I got the same call -- a message in Spanish, then a hang up.  What the heck could it be?

Austin TX - I got the call at 10:05am on June 26. I wasn't able to answer the call - they left no message. I've recently put my cell number on the National Do Not Call List to maybe stop this kind of thing.

Also in Austin and just got the call at 10:35 on the 26th.  I hate these sorts of things....

called back said the number was disconnected

Got a call at 10:01 on 6/26 but didn't answer bc I didn't recognize the number. Glad I didn't. I wonder what it is.
