All a scam. Report to FTC. I have already done so. Person treatens you with law suit and arrest  saying you haven't paid up on a loan that you took. Person also called from another number earlier this week. Same voice and scripted message.

This numbers dials me about 10xs a day and they are being reported!  You wont be dialing much longer! And you will have some serious jail time for fraud and harrassment!

This number called me threatening legal action.  I had a company called Hydra Fund tried to take money out of my bank account fraudulently saying I had agreed to a loan.  This was after the had made a $ 250.00 deposit which when I say I had my bank return the next day (they actually sent it to an old closed account at the same bank so my bank put it in the correct account) This is a very common practice for them according to online reports of fraud they make a small deposit and then take up to 5x as much back out.  Only thing i ever did was look at Payday Loans thats all I never applied for any of them.

i have been getting these calls saying i owe money for some pay day loan, which i  know nothing about. he says i will be arrested at work and be terminated from my employment. i have contacted my local police dept and my phone carrier for the calls to be traced .these people are a**holes and do not want to give you any info
