Said they were  Verizon calling about changes to account; call back your phone number was pin number; called back, call cant be completed at this time.

Same as above...said they were verizon. Should have know it wasn't, as "unknown name" appears on Caller ID.

They left message saying there was a change in my Verizon account...and call back immediately.

Same here, recorded message saying its Verizon and used my cell number as the reference number.  Obvious scam!  I logged onto my Verizon account to see this so called "status change" to my account and there was none.  Beware folks! Stay safe.

Also got the same call claiming to be Verizon. Rather than call the number in the message, I called Verizon who confirmed the call did not come from them.

got call from this # and since I did not recognize I ignored.  They left message saying to call back 239-214-2609 about an important change to my Verizon account and to use my cell phone # as my pin when I call back. This is not Verizon's #

Two people in my household answered the call on the first ring, and there was no response.,  I have received calls from Gypsies from Florida before.  If the call was from the Rubric cube's campaign also known as Marco Polo, who has yet to discover his brain, It was certainly unwelcome solicitation if the call was intended to have been political in nature.  I am still trying to figure out what the pompous asinine oil slick meant about Donald Trump turning the country orange,  i don't know whether or not that was a backhanded attack upon Protestants or not, like some kind of religious invective.   My married surname may end in a vowel, but I am neither or Hispanic nor Italian descent and neither is my husband.  My surname is an Anglicized French name, and I do not speak Spanish.  I think that Florida has been taken over by Cubans, Bush-wackers, other Latinos and Gypsies anyway.  Maybe the ocean will reclaim it.

I have a message on my answering machine, saying there are calling from Verizon regarding changes to my account.  Call 239-214-2609 and your reference number is your phone number, they even had my name.

I reported it to Verizon via Twitter last night, since they claimed to be calling from Verizon.  They are going to investigate it.  I saved the message also.
