They keep calling me and just some kind of buzzing sound comes out when i pick up

called my cell phone (Rocky Mount, NC) yesterday 12-18-12 at 4:11pm EST. left message saying they were with "Magic Jack".

has called a few times-no one on the other line

this is a business phone

I got 6 calls last night from this # (239)384-7131 No message. Does anyone know who this is? I heard magic jack or Skype???? Help

They called me. I called back, I herd a bunch of noise, then they hung up on me. I had my friend call them, she heard magic jack.

This number originates from an android app. Hope this helps.

I just got 2 back to back calls.  Ignored first, answered second.  It was actually a colleague calling from India via Magic Jack.  Not sure why it shows up as Florida, but it was definitely not a prank.  However, it was a bad connection with background noises that almost sounded like crossed lines.  It also seems like Magic Jack recycles numbers so you may not know if it's the same person.

Said they're with some sperm bank returning my call, I said I never called.. They said they have ten boxes of [***] for me so I played their little game and said YES! The [***] are mine! They just needed the address.. so I said I put the address on the order request, but if you read off the address I will verify it! so the young girl said her operator had the info and she will call right back. About two minutes later they called back and said her assistant had the address to please hold one second. placed me on hold and came back, sounded like 3 girls moaning so I said this is nice.. the only thing bothering me is that you all sound fat.. caught them off guard a little LOL.. then all I heard was a weird static noise so I hung up.. called back and no answer, magicjack recording

The call cuts a lot, and even though I asked them to stop calling they keep calling anyways

I just installed the magic jack plus.  I didn't know what my number would be so I called from my magic jack to my landline to see what number my magic jack would show on my ID caller.  This was the number.  I was having      problems registering for my number so I went on a chat line.  When I told the girl bout my problem with the number she said they didn't have that number listed.  I called it from my landline to my magicjack the phone wouldn"t ring and some lady came on and said she was going to arrest me for harrassing her. I thought I was calling my own phone

Who ever this user is 239-384-7131 ? Rather if it's male or female they are using an APP on a smart phone that is why the number is coming up from different locations. It's nothing but a prank caller. They call and let it ring until u answer or not. Sometime they leave a message and sometime they do not. As for texting them to the number, oh believe me they are getting the text they are just not replying back. I say if you don't recognize JUST IGNORE IT.... Just remember with all the App's that are on these Smart phone's these days you will be receiving crank call's from some of these users... End of stories.

To the women who has her daughter texting that App user please be real careful with your daughter. Make sure that she does't give out any of her personal information nor her families. Just a WARNING Fraud might be among you. As for the children if exchanging photos please be-careful they might post you all over the Internet.

Remember It's a Smart Phone App User these numbers get changed all the time when the App user is inactive for a period of 25 days or so and the number moves on to another App user...

this number kept calling me  over and over and I  kept rejecting it.. because I  thought it was a collector or.something.  but it turned out to be my little sister. she downloaded an app so she  can make wifi calls and I guess  that's the number they assigned her!!

My sons girlfriend using Magic Jack on wifi to make calls...I've gotten 6 calls all from her from this number..not sure if when using it you always use the same caller id.  Didn't realize it was her until I just read this post.  I usually just answer no matter what but happened to see a missed call with another 5 calls.  Apparently someone you know uses Magic Jack..we are both in RI yet they assigned her a FL number

I got called today asking for 5 million dollars and they knew my name
