Report a phone call from 239-415-4400 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- angery in California| 5 repliesI got a call from number 239-415-4400 and the caller id said SRBB. The woman caller claimed to be doing a telephone survey on behalf of the IRS and wanted to know my filing status, zip code and city/state that I filed in. I did not give them any information because I was suspicious and am a recent victim of credit fraud. As soon as I refused information, they hung up on me. I will be reporting this to the IRS for fraudulently impersonating an IRS employee and to the FTC as well as the local phone company that is supplying their local phone service.
- Call type: Survey
- Stop it. Just Stop!| 1 replyThese people have been calling me literally 4 to 5 times a day, every day for the past month. I've told them to stop repeatedly, but to no avail. I work random hours, so I have been awakened on several occasions by these [***] who "Just want to ask you a few questions."
- ohio| 1 replyI recently started receiving calls from this number. Caller ID registers as SRBI. They haven't left any messages, nor have I answered. Decided to research the number and have found many complaints. Google the number for more info.

- Florida| 1 replyI have been getting multiple calls a day from this number at all times of the day and night. They never leave a message. I finally had enough of getting woken up in the mornings, getting interrupted putting my son to bed, etc. and answered the phone. It was a woman and she said she was calling for the Florida Health Department and would like to ask me a few questions - did I have a few minutes. I said no, I am in the middle of putting my son to bed. Of course she asked when would be a better time to call. I told her that "they have been calling me several times a day and to please remove my number from thier list - thank you!" My number is registered on the DO NOT CALL LIST. I guess that doesn't really do any good if these people have a way around it. We'll see if they call me back.

- LawrencevilleI recently received so many calls from this number and the caller ID showed Fort Myerss FL. And usually these calls were received after 8pm eastern time. They all claimed that they are doing a telephone survey on behalf of the IRS and wanted to ask me questions. But the phone were roaming so badly that I can barely hear their questions.
I have requested them everytime not to call after 7pm but I always received the calls at the same time everytime they called. I am planning to file claim but found this site with many complains.
Hopefully someone out there know how to stop this and find out the owner of this number and doing something to stop the scam- Caller: Fort Myerss FL

I work for SRBI in the fort myers, FL location and conduct surveys as part of my job. Here's some helpful info that might be good:
1. We call randomly. If you're on a DNC, don't complain as we are exempt from tose lists.
2. All of our surveys are REAL and LEGIT 100%. We are contracted to do surveys for the IRS regarding customer satisfaction, as well as Universities around the country. We don't want your money, just a few minutes of your time.
3. Military Survey: this survey is for a really good cause. It's being conducted with us by a corporation named 'RAND' that specializes in making legislators pass laws that benifit military personell. It's paid for by the Iraq and Afghanistan Deployment Impact Fund (which is made up up charitable contributions).
4. Please don't be so hostile with us when we call. Our computers are on a dialer that may end up calling you a few times a day, but it's not the interviewer's fault. Most of the people who work there are elderly or are teenagers working our way through school (including me). Instead of hanging up on us or cursing, why not just ask for more info to be sure it's legit? We are happy to do so.
I hope this clears some things up. Also, if you people have this much time to search the number and find this site, why not just do the survey? It's painless and most of the time is for a decent cause. - Frenchy| 7 repliesTo SRBI employee:
Bite me, you illiterate spammer. There's no bloody excuse for your calling machine harassing people five times a day. I'm a software engineer so I know whereof I speak: that is deliberately programmed behaviour in your system.
Want to know why people cuss you out? It's because they're tired of intrusive bungwipes like yourself bugging them in the privacy of their home.
Here's some career advice for you and your entire company: die in a fire, screaming. - angryrecv'd a call from 239-415-4400 when I was not home, no message, just caller id as SRBI.

Why don't you just leave your home number and I'm sure many people would love to bother you on your FREE time. You don't seem to have any problem bothering those who clearly don't want to be part of making money for your company.
Your answers are exactly the reason why people don't want to talk to you. It also confirms that obvious fact that you are truly an A**hole.
